From check-in to check'out, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, well equipped and very comfortable. The bathroom was light, spacious and immaculate. A very pleasant overnight stay.

We were exhausted from a month of travelling and were taking a plane home the next day. We were able to stay and relax all day at the hotel because it was such a nice facility, and the staff was very kind as we arrived very early.

Everything was positive - clean, well fitted out rooms, restaurant, and bar. Didn’t hear any vehicle or aircraft traffic. But there was no complimentary transport to the airport - we had a 5 minute walk in the rain.

Difficult to get to from terminal dragging luggage. Through parking garage then parking lot. Sidewalk surfaces not great for wheeling luggage. Hotel too many firedoors to go through getting to room. Room was ok, carpets had huge stains. Restaurant food was great but pricey. Service was
terrible.So slow taking order and clearing table. Had to ask for plares to be removedwhen finished.

The location was perfect as walking distance to airport. Service is the restaurant/bar area mid afternoon was poor. My friend checked us in so I can't comment about that.

Service was OK but not very friendly waitresses in the restaurant. Our fire alarm went off when we were all sleeping at 12:30AM! Just as we were falling back asleep it went off again for a few seconds long enough to wake us all up again. Would not stay at this Hotel again.

We had 3 in our room and one bed was not made ready. A night clerk came to make it late that evening. Also towels were not provided for 3. That too was later delivered to the room.

The hotel room was clean with a nice bathroom. It was about a 7 minute walk to the the airport terminal from the hotel. Just make sure you do not confuse this hotel with the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow, which is about 12 minutes away from this one and near the science center. This one is actually in Paisley.

The hotel itself was lovely, couldn’t fault the room, staff etc. didn’t use the restaurant or bar so can’t comment on those. However the noise level was really bad. People in the hallway sounded as if they were in the room with you and you could hear conversations and noise from other rooms around, showers, tv, toilet flushing etc. didn’t have this issue at the holiday inn so I’d probably just stay there next time!

The hotel was in really good shape and very clean. We ate in the restaurant and were really pleased with our meals. All the staff we interacted with was very polite and helpful. Loved the proximity to the airport, we were able to walk there in less than ten minutes.

Very noisy for a good while just after 12 there what seemed like a coach full of Irish people talking loud and up and down the corridor they must of all been on same level unfortunately for a good hour not good when we were up at half 2 to go to airport
