Though the hotel looks tired in some of the outside areas it is an excellent place to stay with warm and helpful staff and good food Views are excellent Could do with a welcome pack with WiFi password etc

Terrific location across the road from golf course and beach. Staff extremely friendly and eager to help. Restaurant and bar were excellent. Stayed in Rm 12 with the turrent( extra space with great view) Best place to stay along the coast!

We had a very small bathroom .

A surprise two night stay to celebrate my wifes birthday. Room had lovely views of the Moray Firth and beach. Likewise the restaurant had fantastic sea views. Good Breakfast selection and restaurant menu was excellent with good quality locally produced fresh food. The Cullen Skink to die for! A nice quiet and picturesque path leads from the hotel to the town of Cullen.

The ocean view was great

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Simple, clean, super attentive friendly staff. This place should put on clinics for hospitality service. Absolute top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good restaurant. The rooms are a little tired, but the bed is comfy and it was a good shower. Staff were really welcoming. Would stay again.

The hotel is well situated and the staff were very helpful. Our room had a very comfortable bed and seemed to have been recently renovated & decorated. There was a table with two comfy chairs looking out to sea which we enjoyed. However the electrics had not been adapted fully to accommodate the renovations meaning there was only one useable socket. The plumbing in the en-suite had also not been brought up to date meaning the toilet was difficult to flush and took a long time to fill up, The door handle easily jammed too - we did report these things. Updating the ensuite and sorting out electrical sockets would make such a difference. The food was actually very good but would recommend avoiding the expensive 30 day steak, I ordered medium/rare and it came very well done. The hotel needs to tweak a few things to make what is essentially a nice place to stay into what people expect these days.

Central location

All good. We are both disabled, so parking and entering the hotel from rear entrance is perfect, we've stayed several times,and always satisfied.

This is a super hotel, pleasantly decorated in a "beach hotel" theme. Fantastic situation overlooking Cullen bay. Staff exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Food excellent
