Comfortable and welcoming hotel, cleaning staff are super helpful

Great night! rooms were lovely. Staff were great!!

Honestly, the boiler had not been switched on at 4.30am (it's an airport hotel). Had a freezing shower at 4.30 before heading to the airport. Hotel is tired looking and also booked a comfort room with a bathtub and did not receive this.

A quiet and relaxing hotel. Extensive breakfast selection. Nice spa facilities including swimming pool and gym.

Staff were welcoming, room was okay, though the radiator wasn't working a heater was in the room which was warm. Shower temperature was tepid though turned up to top temperature, but had an enjoyable stay and would stay again

Went for a tribute night, clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Used the swimming pool, warm and clean. Breakfast was far too busy and a bit of a cattle market. Food was nice though

Great room, restaurant & bar. Dinner was good, excellent breakfast. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Great stay and would highly recommend.

The place is amazing, comfortable and very clean. Emiko was a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Annexe.

The bed had obviously been broken and repaired it was unbelievably wobbly and creaky. Rolling over made such a racket. If my partner had with me the neighbours would be complaining 😜

1 night stay after holiday abroad. Hotel has good parking etc. Parts of hotel needs renovated. No hand rail in Bath which is a problem to get out of, when the shower is in Bath. No door on bathroom.... Weird!!. Lovely meal in restaurant served very well by callum? And Lewis.lewis chatted and is such a credit to your hotel. Barman ni e too.

Easy access to hotel from Glasgow and Glasgow airport. Staff very efficient and friendly. Dinner in hotel very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was well carried out and nothing was too much trouble. Only down side was the breakfast which was only warm and slightly overcooked, and my pet hate tinned mushrooms!

Room was adequate. Bathroom lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bed was awful. I found one part that I could sleep on but my husband could not. The springs were very noticeable and there was no mattress cover. My husband sat in reception and then slept in the car for a few hours.

Good location Friendly staff Beyond that you're struggling. Rooms and common parts are really tired. No soap or shampoo in the rooms, which have dispensers means it's not been checked or topped up for days or weeks. Bizarrely window was open when i got in at 9pm. In a storm. Room never got warm. Tv didn't work. Could've stream a tablet to it. Breakfast was really grim. Quite embarrassing. Plenty of choice. All of it poor. Cutlery was filthy. Ended up cleaning and polishing it again myself. Wasn't just watermarks, it was dirty. On a table of 4 settings, this was the better/safer option. Despite an early table the buffet had crusty cheese, Bizarrely bread individually in paper bags was the highlight. The haggis and tattie scones lazily thrown into a fryer with dirty oil was the best option. Nothing felt clean. Staff are all pleasant but no supervisor/management or leadership. Gave up trying to check out and left my room key with 10" lead pipe on the counter and headed off in search of an early lunch. Pool area is nice enough but rhe floors were filthy. Would recommend flipflops. Used to be a great hotel 25 years ago. But reckon it's not changed much in that time.

Usual place for an overnight stop. Good, not great but easy access for Glasgow and Paisley.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely food enjoyed my stay

The noise from the road was terrible plus it was if the person next door was sleeping in my room,you could hear him breathe never mind the snoring he was doing all night, slept in my car for few hours till checked out early

Stayed here before and it was fantastic Room was great but this time the room was small and pokey .I appreciate that they keep special rooms for people with dogs but the first time we stayed it was amazing.Meal at night wasnt that great .
