Holiday Inn Express GLASGOW AIRPORT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

To be charged as a disabled driver is totally disgusting I have never paid for parking and to charge me £10 I find it deplorable and won’t stay with this particular total again.

The proximity to airport was perfect! However, no hotel luggage handling trolley was a huge inconvenience and would probably mean we will not return.

Clean and easy to access the Glasgow airport. Good breakfast included.

Stayed many times and as always it was a excellent stay and nice and convenient for my flight the next morning

Friendly staff. Middle of the night fire alarm which luckily was not an actual fire as the evacuation of the hotel was not well managed. The guests that did evacuate were allowed to return to their rooms against fire evacuation advice. When the fire brigade turned up, they told the 4 guests remaining outside that they could not return to their rooms until they gave the all clear. Shame this guidance did not apply to the other guests or was followed by the staff. A disruptive sleep for everyone but fortunately not due to an actual fire. The internal processes to be followed in this event need to be reviewed and adhered to

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have eaten.

Stonesthrow to Glasgow airport. Premium feel rooms, good soundproofing with comfortable beds. Food and drinks a bit pricey in bar.

We stayed for one night because we were flying out the next day. Not only was it extremely convenient to the Glasgow airport (an easy 2-minute walk to the terminal), the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also ate dinner at the hotel and the food was good and reasonably priced.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was quite small and felt cramped. The TV was an older model, which made the room feel a bit outdated. The reception service was okay—nothing exceptional but not bad either. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of room comfort and amenities.

The hotel room itself was ok, clean and comfy. When checking in the computer system had broken down so we had to wait until it was up and running again along with many other people, we could have been offered a free drink in the 30 minutes we had to wait but nothing was offered. Breakfast the morning after the stay was an absolute shambles, the young staff in charge of breakfast did not have a clue what they were doing, the food kept running out even though they knew people were still waiting for it, then the cutlery kept running out which again is unbeleivable. When i asked one of the young staff when more food would be ready i got told there would be no more food coming as breakfast finished at 09.30 and it would take to long to cook and this was at 09.10. The young lady was very rude about this and gave me cheek and walked away.

This was a very good option for a place to stay when flying in or out of Glasgow. It is walking distance from the airport. The hotel isn’t fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. The room wasn’t spacious, but wasn’t cramped at all, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The restaurant is good with a variety of selections, and has a bar. The cold breakfast is open for early departures, and hot options are put out at 6:30. I booked here for the date of my departure as well, and look forward to returning.

Hotel was very good as in quality of room and easy parking for airport Only bad points are they charge £10 for car park which should not happen as you are staying in hotel. Food was bad as looks like everything has been in a micro wave and would not order food again

Quick stay after returning from holiday. Hotel was as good as usual. Staff friendly and rooms clean.

I've stayed at this property several times, and always enjoy it. The room, the service, the breakfast buffet, are all excellent. It was very quiet in my room, as well.
