Lovely comfortable bed after a long flight. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Room was on the 5th floor. Clean and quiet. The reception area was spacious and leads into the restaurant. I didn't have time for breakfast so I can't comment on the quality. Wi-Fi was available for an extra cost. Of course, the hotel is right next to the airport terminal so extremely convenient. The staff were pleasant and friendly at the reception desk. I should mention that the shower wasn't a walk-in shower, you have to step over into the bath which could be a problem if you have physical ailments, for which I do but it wasn't major problem for me. I didn't require a change of room. I'm sure there are rooms available that are more suitable if you have more serious issues. Nonetheless, I still recommend this hotel and I was happy during my short stay.

Overall I was a bit disappointed here. Ok it is a hotel that provides typically 1 nights accommodation for airport travellers but it’s a bit dated and needs some TLC. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was grubby in places. Standing in a queue 6 deep at the bar to order drinks in the evening needs to be looked at.
On a positive note the staff we met were welcoming and very nice. The food in the restaurant was nice too.
I guess it does what it says on the tin.

Tried to check in early but was advised £10 per hour which was not acceptable. Left bag with reception and opened the lap top in the lobby area

Good for an early flight. Clean room. Comfy bed.
Needs updating. No usb plugs. Limited sockets.and no sockets beside the bed.
But it was good for that early morning flight where we could walk a few minutes to the airport.

Staff are great, convenience is great. Just needs reinvigorated- carpets worn or patched; lights are not controlled by room key, so it’s easy to leave them on, usb charger at socket would help. Music choice in restaurant is loud and needs a refresh too, all that said, food is fine, and price is right!

This property double-billed me and when I tried to address it with staff they refused. The hotel is run down, baths are in desperate need of an update. Mattresses are lumpy. The only benefit to this hotel is that it is directly across the street from the airport. It isn't worth the £100 a night, however. Find another hotel and Uber in.
