I’m requesting a full refund our room was terribly dirty; sheets were dirty and have not been clean with hair and stains all over them, the shower didn’t work, there was constant noise from the elevator could not sleep at all — I spoke with Simon at the property and put my complaints on record - that room should not be given to anybody.

They cancelled my stay without any warning and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful in sorting out anything
I was stuck in a city with no where to go and had to pay double the price for one noght stay
The stay was paid in full in advance and i am still waiting for refund

We had an early am flight to catch, and so I looked at what was available at the airport - the Holiday Inn was, and it hit the mark - the staff was super busy (there were lots of fellow travelers) and working hard - room was solid, staff was great, food was ok enough - and the main terminal was a 5 minute walk away (and it was about five minutes from the airport bus dropoff as well) - I'll stay again.
