I had a room with King bed at the end of floor 7 which had beautiful views of city & harbours.

Surprised to get an early check in at 2pm - room was very good, clean, stocked with sufficient coffee,tea, water, biscuits for the one night stay. The room also had a mini fridge which was handy for keeping drinks cool. Ice despenser in the corridor was also a bonus.

Hotel rooms are needing a bit of TLC, shortage of plugs, very small TV, bathroom wasn’t very clean. It’s a shame as it’s so handy the rooms really do need some attention. Shower was great though ☺️

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was not as good as last time.
The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were food crumbs by the night stand.
Got a teeny TV in the room, I do like relaxing with the TV after a long day of exploring so it wasn’t very ideal. The TV remote batteries were exposed, there was g the back thingy to cover up. It’s not a big thing but I would expect better from a 4 star hotel.
The hotel is perfectly situated in union square mall and easy access to pretty much everything.

Love the ice dispensers on all the floors.
It’s a good base for exploring Aberdeen and I already have another stay booked next month. I just hope they do better with the cleaning.

The shower was powerful and hot. The bed was huge. Unfortunately the mini fridge was not restocked with anything. There was nothing but water in it to start with. Overall just standard hotel.
