Great view of the lake but you need to drive to anywhere, nearest town should be around 15mins drive staff is friendly hotel is old, cleanliness is at acceptable level, shower space is small, thin wall that I can hear snore of the next room

Beautiful view

Stayed a night prior to a boat tour to Urquat castle. Very convenient. Decent room. Decent food. I would stay again

Located next to Loch Ness the location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a nice evening in the bar. The room was small, and it was disappointing not to have any kind of a view of anything, but that was anticipated. The bed was small too, and that did make sleeping challenging. Breakfast was really good.

A really lovely hotel & restaurant with great hospitality. The meals were delicious & the room was very spacious. We enjoyed being able to walk across through the tunnel to catch the cruise of Loch Ness as well. A beautiful area to visit.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, großes, sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf Loch Ness. Schönes großes Frühstück, also alles ziemlich perfekt. Viele Reisebusse, die aber nicht stören.

Across the busy road from LochNess. View from room was excellent but room itself was disappointing. Needed updating for the price. Everything was very clean. Food was good: dinner as well as included breakfast. Staff very pleasant and accommodating

We were in a family room with absolutely no view. The property is good only if you get a Loch view room. The receptionist argued that we were getting what was booked, but the point was there was no option when we booked. Property should make amendment in their room choices on the common booking portals, which people choose.

Wir waren eine Nacht hier: Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und deshalb sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf Loch Ness. Abends ist es am Ufer total ruhig, wir saßen da alleine. Frühstück und Abendessen fanden wir sehr gut.

Nice location, very close to Loch Ness, 15 minutes from Inverness. Good room and bed, not so quiet in the hallway with an old smell. Not cheap in August. Recommend staying.

Very good for a 3 star hotel, we had loch view rooms with an unbeatable view. Breakfast was also excellent, with large buffet selection, plus cooked to order hot breakfast or pancakes. And fab coffee. Staff were all welcoming, helpful and friendly. A great stay.
