I love the hotel. Decent room and bathroom size, has a little pantry, bidet, hairdryer, iron. Water dispenser on every level. Very comfortable. During our stay, there was a street construction right across the street but still soundproof. Walking distance to Sim Lim Square and Rochor MRT station. Super love and definitely will come back and share this info to friends and family.

Nicely located between two convenient MRT stations. Walkable to many areas- Little India Raffles Arab street. Hawker street nearby. Pool and gym area and a laundry all convenient.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Breakfast costs 18 Singapore dollars per person, and what you get is absolutely ridiculous: a paper bag with a pear, yogurt, a muffin, and a dry croissant. It feels more like a lunchbox for a preschool kid than a hotel breakfast.
There are no power outlets in the bathroom, and the pool area is tiny—only three sunbeds available, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this size.
Our last night was a complete nightmare. Around 11 PM, a new family checked in and was extremely loud. I called the reception several times to get help. As a result, we couldn’t sleep at all. What a great example of “hospitality”—never again!
This hotel clearly doesn’t care about guest comfort or service quality. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the staff's approach to customer service. I found their interaction to be impersonal and robotic. For example, I was repeatedly told "Our check-in time is 3 PM" without any empathy or attempt to understand my situation.
Additionally, the frequent staff changes at the check-in counter forced me to repeatedly explain my room status, which was frustrating and inefficient.
Overall, the staff's lack of attentiveness and the constant repetition of information created a negative and unwelcoming experience.

Very nice chill place to stay...clean and quite. The staff is always willing to help and very informative. The bed is comfortable and the water is nice and hot...I would stay here again..I walked to the store but I rented a car to get around.

Very nice stay our only issue was the lack of seating at the pool. Only 3 lounge chairs for such a huge building. I tried every day to get a spot with no luck. Especially since the pool is furnished where the only seating is in the shaded area all day. Not a place to stay if you enjoy getting some sun and lounging by the pool. But the staff were lovely and very helpful.
