Had a wonderful staycation last weekend at this premises. The premier 1 bedroom is awesome and what makes this place even better was the extremely good service rendered by Ryan at front desk. My whole family was very impressed by him going out of the way to ensure our check in was smooth as silk. I'll strongly recommend this place

A very beautiful apartments, far from town site. I would like to thanx Oakwood premiere for giving us very best rooms. Friendly staff especially the security concierge make us welcome. Keep it up the good customer service. Will recommend to other and will come back here for staycation

Having very pleasant stay! Walking distance from Tanjong Pagar MRT (Exit from Block F (Capital place for closer reach)) premium place in the heart of Singapore! we are happily upgraded to one bedroom. Will sure be coming back again.

To check in you have to access level 7 via the lifts on the left hand side. The receptionist that checked us in was very efficiant while remaining friendly and helpful. Shuttles are available free for guests to the Bay and other places. These are only 1 way but definitely worth it. The hotel is local to most attractions and cost on average 20sgd 1 way. The bed was large and comfortable and the tv offered various channels. There is a kettle and nespresso coffee maker along with a fridge, cutlery and toaster etc. The shower was adequate with plenty of toiletries. The room was very quiet and had air conditioning. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again

Lovely hotel with modern amenities. Ideally located downtown for access to most of the major attractions. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and provided an ideal base for our short visit. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and we would definitely consider staying again if we re-visit.

Reasonable downtown location. Very friendly and helpful staff. but... having stayed in 4 serviced apartments in Singapore this was the worst kitted out apartment.
Firstly we had to upgrade and pay more. Because we were only staying 4 days I booked the deluxe appt. (lowest level). It turns out that the only window is in the bathroom on the far side of bedroom. As I was there to work, it would have meant working in a dark windowless room.
We then paid to upgrade to a larger apartment with windows. I'm sure if I'd have asked, it would have been resolved, but 1 tea spoon, 1 soap for 2 bathrooms, only 1 wok sized pan (which I only wanted to boil eggs in), no dish or clothes washing tablets provided.
I only stayed for 4 days so let it go, but the basics were missing that hadn't been in previous locations.
Also had to call down to reception at 4am when next door decided to have a party (not a killjoy, but we we had to be up for work at 6am). After 15 minutes of waiting, we had to get up and knock on the door. They should have sent security much faster.
Finally, the pool area is lovely, but gets no direct sun.
Not a bad stay, but not the best for longer stays.

This property was great. Easy walk to dining options and short 'grab' or taxi to city center and all it has to offer.
The only complaint was the room keys which lost their programming 3 times in a four day stay. I would stay again.
Lots on construction going on around the property but that seems to be the case all around Singapore.

We got a King bed studio,which came with a sitting area, full kitchen with all the stuff you will need to cook a meal. There was even a washer/dryer combo, detergent included! We were very surprise and glad, not that we were going to cook!. The hotel registration is actually on the 7th floor. You get off, a staff member is there to greet you and offer his/her help. Very friendly people everywhere. Our room, plenty of closet and storage space. Separate toilet and shower space. the hotel is attached to a business building, so there are plenty of food options and shopping. Unfortunately we were there during CNY and the weekend, most of the establishments were closed. But it's 2 blocks aways from a very good hawker center. The food was excellent, at night, it's even crazier!! There is a metro stop nearby, across the street under one of the building. The signage is very poor, you really have to look. The hotel offers free shuttle to Garden by the Bay, and Orhcard Road. We like the hotel very much. We would stay here again.
