View and breakfast was good but overall hotel needs a refurbishment. Signs of age all over from lifts to the room itself. Sound proofing was surprisingly poor for a 5 star property. Good price with promo codes but otherwise, you'll get more value for money at other neighbouring properties.

I have a pleasant stay in fairmont singapore. My room is deluxe harbour view, and so we can see garden by the bay, city view, marina bay sands from our bed. Very beautiful and fantastic, and all the staffs are helpful too! Thank you fairmont

What a surprise! Such an excellent spacious hotel room, located near Orchard, but I love the fact that it is connected to Raffles Mall - very convenient! They have an awesome view, great bathroom with a complete set of quality amenities. Perfect spa experience as well.

Majority of staff could not do enough for you . Pool/bar staff were abit of a disappointment . They could brush up on there customer service skill and pay abit more attentiin to the cleaniness around the pool taking into account this was a 5 star hotel. Room clean staff were amazing . They cleaned our room twice a day without fault

We loved the tech in our room, especially the curtains opening when entering the room. Location was great & access to shopping mall & MRT was fantastic.
May I politely suggest you buy commercial toasters for restaurant in place of the household toasters you use. this is our only negative comment. Everything else about the hotel is first class. thankyou for a great stay.

Nice big room with amazing views .The staff very helpful and we particularly enjoyed the tapas bar on the ground floor , the staff here were very friendly and happy to advise on wines and cocktails . Central to most sightseeing attractions . The breakfast amazing , everything you could want .

Super Great Service by the front desk staff. They were extremely cordial and accommodating upon my arrival at 5:45 AM from overnight international flights of 25 hours. They arranged an early check-in as a room was available. Sleep in the luxurious bed was much appreciated.
The Fairmont property was well located and convenient to many areas we explored during my first trip to SIngapore.
The property was connected to a shopping center and all the dining options available as a mini "Hawking Center" in the mall's basement levels.
The MRT subway system station was also directly accessible with a station through the shopping center basement which we utilized during the trip.

Loved the balcony windows which could allow fresh air to circulate and avoid the overly cool air conditioning.
Very convenient location . The lovely slippers provided were too small unfortunately . Liked the sustainable features the hotel provided ice cold water or hot water as needed.
Found the light controls a little confusing and risked disturbing sleeping partner during night.
All staff were very helpful but the self check in took away the warmth of a personal welcome and felt too automated.

This was our second time staying at this property, This time we brought along friends that were going on the same cruise as us.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel food was a bit pricey but good.
We have another cruise starting in Singapore next year and will most likely stay there again.

Great family stay. We stayed for 10 nights in an Ambassador suite. Great service and staff. Good selection of restaurants in the hotel as well as all the food places in the Raffles shopping centre and in the local area. We will be back for sure!
The hotel is showing a few signs of wear such as the lifts and the rooms but nothing too shabby to drop the star rating.

I found the overall comfort and cleanliness of my room to be satisfactory, thanks in large part to the good work of your housekeeping team. However, I did have an issue with the hotel toiletries provided in my room. After using them, I experienced skin irritation in the form of rashes on my body and hands.
If possible, the hotel could consider replacing the current toiletries with hypoallergenic alternatives to better meet the needs of your guests.
Last but not least, the breakfast at the Asian Market Cafe was a great disappointment.
