This was a last minute, same day booking. We checked in quite late, close to midnight. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The customer before us was quite rowdy and seemed to be drunken and the female receptionist handled him with a lot of grace and patience. Bravo! Hilton is a strategic choice for those keen to spend the day mall crawling down Orchard Road.

这家酒店：1.希尔顿酒店大堂必须坐电梯，上到5楼。2.接待员很凶，没有笑容，搞错了，因为我在机场订的酒店房间，我试图解释，她反而一直说话，接待员服务很差。3.我付了两晚-+1500万，真的不值。4.食物确实品种很多，没有一样好吃的。5.房间里的饮用水用玻璃瓶应该自己再灌装，为什么不提供塑料饮料瓶，又不值多少钱。6.设计全是深色的，什么都是黑色的，7.5星级的规模，工作人员应该先提高服务，如果真的订错了房间，先听话，如果要付钱，也没关系，我也花了1500万，额外费用不是问题，但是笑着解释，我可以付钱，而不是高声解释，我们不是被骂的孩子。
