Robertson Quay Hotel

Good location but very old hotel , not clean with smell…..

We booked a connecting room for our family of 4 which should comprise of 2 rooms connecting together. However, the reception lady gave us a single room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds all putting side by side with barely any space in between. We then went down to the reception to let her know the problem. Out of no where, she asked us if we need to have late check-out. We told her we don’t need late check-out and then she was trying to say something to justify. I told her I paid for a connecting room, then she started to look at the computer and found the right room for us. We felt like she was just trying to fool the customer hoping they would be settled for less. This check-in experience totally ruined our mood for staying. The bedding is very old and the blanket & pillow are very thin. The aircon cannot be adjusted for temperature / wind intensity, we can either turn it on or off. But the preset temperature is too cold and we have to turn it on and off to maintain a certain temperature which is quite annoying. With all these, did not sleep very well. WiFi is not very strong and the signal comes on and off. Good thing about the hotel is it’s close to Clark Quay and China Town which takes about 15 mins by walking. But don’t think we will come back to this hotel again.

沒有辦法當下確認櫃檯講的話是不是真的，網路上付那麼多錢，就一句空調壞掉就把我換了一個不好的房間，這種感覺很不好

浴巾不足夠, 水杯一 隻都無, 盒裝紙巾欠供給.

交通方便，整體性價比不錯

空間極度節省,簡約的住宿經驗. 在此地段這樣的價位,大概就是如此.

飯店的Wi-Fi非常差，住宿第一晚都連不上網路，詢問櫃台，櫃檯人員說「她只能試著打電話請人修理，但現在已經晚上可能沒有人修理，請我們試著連連看不同樓層的網路，或者直接到一樓大廳使用」 我告知「沒有人會特地跑到一樓大廳使用網路，而且奇怪的是，3樓的房間受到大樓屏蔽影響，我們自己手機的sim 卡網路都被阻擋掉而無法使用。」 櫃檯人員表示她沒有辦法給什麼建議。 最慘的是我們還訂了兩個晚上。 在hotels.com訂的是一個queen size 和兩個single bed的聯通房。一開始竟然給我們一間兩張雙人床的房間，而且在二樓電梯出來後還要帶著很重的行李爬上六層的樓梯，根本就是一間夾層房，太可怕了！！ 跟櫃檯人員反應後，她打了通電話後突然說是她弄錯了，才又更改到3樓的聯通房，雙人床的床墊非常硬，很難睡覺。浴室是在房間裡面隔出來的一個空間，連浴室的抽風機都沒有。環境非常糟糕，價格還相當昂貴。 唯ㄧ的優點是走路可以到克拉克碼頭。

無線上網不太穩定，出入走廊的欄河須小心。但整體性價比高，有小型游泳池及免費早餐，亦接近地鐵站及商場，出行方便。

房內地方很細小，但仍可放置一中，二小匣，不過它的位置一流，可走路十分鐘到Clark Quay,很多食的餐廳，平貴也有，附近也有超市，無論搭巴士或地鐵也很方便，至於早餐就很少選擇，不過這個價格又包早餐是超值了，下次仍是會入住

沒有洗衣服務，房間偏細，附近餐廳很多、2間便利店，冇超級市場，要行5-8分鐘先巴士站同地鐵，酒店服務員

Need to change room between days. Not much options of food at breakfast time.

clean and tidy, staff are friendly anf you jsut need to take 7 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station. At this price staying at the city centre, what else can u ask for?

Rooms are clean, location is good. Hair dryer and telephone malfunctioned.

Good localisation

The building is very old, and the lighting is very dim. The overall vibe was not okay for us. We don’t think we will revisit this hotel again.

A reasonably priced, 3 star hotel in the heart of Singapore. Rooms are simple but efficiently arranged. Perfect for a transit night, not for a long stay.

Hotel really needs a refurb. The lobby is unattractive and the rooms are super small. We had 3 of us in our room and we could hardly move.
