Every time I am in Singapore, this is my go-to hotel. It is pricy but I believe it is worth it. The buffet breakfast is one of my favorite parts of this hotel as well as the nice spa smell when you enter the lobby. The rooms are cosy and I love the view from the high floors of the Marina Bay. The staff are pleasant, helpful and kind. They used to have more free shampoos/conditioner/lotions but they seem to have reduced that feature in the bathroom. Otherwise, the room and bathroom are nice. The shower has great water pressure and rainfall water head for a nice relaxing shower after a long day of walking around in humid weather. Bathtub is standard size so not suprised I couldn't fit in it. I've stay at the Marina Bay Sands and other nice hotels in the area. I still really prefer the Ritz.

I have stayed at multiple Ritz-Carlton hotels in various countries and have always been satisfied with the experience. However, my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Singapore left a deep impression—unfortunately, for the wrong reasons. The room facilities were noticeably outdated. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by a strong musty wooden smell. Within ten minutes, I began experiencing allergy symptoms such as a runny nose and watery eyes. After approximately 30 minutes of discussion with the front desk, I was relocated to another room on the same floor. This new room had been pre-sprayed with a fragrance, and I initially did not feel any discomfort. Unfortunately, after about two hours, the same musty wooden odor returned strongly. In addition to the odor issue, the bathroom in the first room had a clogged sink drain, and in the second room, the faucet did not function properly. Overall, this was a disappointing experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Singapore. While the hotel boasts an excellent location and a pleasant surrounding environment, the room conditions were not in line with the high nightly rate of $750 USD.

Just a quick overnight in Singapore. Complete luxury stay. Only downgrade was due to the fact that bedside electrics did not work at first and required maintenance man to come and fix it, which he did.

Great beautiful hotel, very clean and the staff was fantastic. We had a small issue on the first night that the manager, Antonio, resolved quickly to our satisfaction. If we return to Singapore one day, we'll definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel was stunning!! The facilities were top notch and the staff was very friendly. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had! I received little chocolates and thoughtful notes in my hotel room each day. Walking distance to MBS and all the landmarks. Highly recommend to stay here while in Singapore!

The staff was friendly and responded well, offering reasonable compensation when we asked them to investigate an incident where someone attempted to enter our room.
