Great budget hotel. The room is small, just like almost every budget hotel in Singapore, but very clean with a nice city view. The hospitality is also good. The location is quite nice, right beside Bencoolen MRT station and only 100m from bus shelter.

The staff were enthusiastic, welcoming, and provided excellent support. The location is exceptionally beautiful; it's definitely one of the best hotels in Singapore. I will certainly return at least 5-10 more times.

The room is clean and comfy, the MRT is super close, and there are plenty of food spots around the hotel, but the room isn’t very soundproof.

The hotel is conveniently located, right next to MRT station Bencoolen and close to Bugis area. However, the room is ridiculously small. There's no space to fully open our suitcases. The staff were very friendly, though. Shout out to Manman our room cleaner and Benson the concierge.

The room is really clean, not too big, but it’s really comfy for me and my mom. The towel is also clean and smells good. Near to MRT and easy to find food. All staff are friendly and helpful. We don’t try their breakfast. The tap water is drinkable, so you don’t need to buy water anymore. And the hotel also has a bedroom with a bidet in the bathroom.
