Location is perfect, just steps away from the food court and the MRT station. Ms. Cecilia was very helpful during our check in, very seamless, and we got to check in earlier than 2 PM. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly. This was my first time staying here. The location is strategic, close to the MRT and bus stops, and close to groceries and a Seven-Eleven, so you don't have to worry about an empty stomach. There is no sign between halal and non-halal food, ham sausages are served with pastries, some people wearing headscarves are eating them, this is my regular hotel for the past 3 years, but this is the first time I chose breakfast service yesterday 🙏🏻 I was a bit surprised because halal and non-halal food were not separated

The staff is very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. They are also informative about the hotel's ongoing improvements. The rooms are always clean. There's a water filter dispenser for drinking water. There's no bidet in the toilet, so Indonesians shouldn't forget to bring a portable bidet if you stay here. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and MRT station. There are also food stalls and money changers nearby. There's also a luggage scale if you need to check the weight of your luggage. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
