Location is great. Everything you need or want to see is in walking distance. It was a little bit hard to find the apartments, but after that there's no problem. Receptionist is very kind. There's a storage room, so we arrived early and left our stuff there. We checked in and arrived back after 3 pm. There was some waiting to get the keys as it was busy. Apartment is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. We were in the b block which is I think further back so there was no noise. Air con is needed in August. Shower is decent. For the money I totally recommend the place.

Loved the 13 th floor bar! Had a nice dinner there overlooking Bratislava! Wonderful! But was closed at the weekend. Make sure you come when its open! Just a few stops on the tram gets you into the old town easily.

Nice hotel - clean and good sized room. Pillows were absolutely terrible and apparently they do not have any foam ones - amazing in this day and age. Bar was closed at weekends - disappointing. Nice bar across the road luckily

The hotel itself is nice and rooms are well equipped (although I had to ask for a water kettle for tea, since I don't drink coffee). However it's misleading to list the swimming pool and wellness as part of the hotel, these facilities don't belong to the hotel and they're merely public facilities in a nearby shopping mall.

Excellent kind and supportive staff. Excelent cleanliness. Nice hotel. Bed-matrace comfort clould be better. Good and tasty breakfest. And parking is prety expensive (25 EUR/night, pool is not "only for hotel guests", hotel restaurat was under reconstruction, but close to hotel on oposite side of the stree is good bar with good kitchen.

This is a very clean hotel. The inability to lower the room temperature below 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 26 Celsius was unacceptable in August. Also, the shower wall leaked into the rest of the bathroom as it needs sealed.
Would not stay here again mainly because the hotel keeps all rooms at 80 degrees without allowing any adjustments.

Fantastic position of the hotel, 20min walk from the city center, and integrated with a large shopping center. Parking at the level -3 was worth every penny, as parking in general is a problem. The only thing I was missing was hair conditioner.

My stay was disappointing. Our first night was in a first class room as business class room was tiny and we were willing to pay extra to upgrade. But the bed the pillow the noise were all so uncomfortable, we got no sleep and went back to business class room the next day and it was much nicer. I think we just got shown a bad one in the first night. The staff are very rude and poor communicators. Breakfast is good but not worth the price as lots of cafe next to hotel in shopping centre and much cheaper. Would stay there again for location just avoid first class rooms

So so so so so comfortable. Not in the old town but location is ideal for trips around Bratislava. Stayed many time and its always our first choice.
