Very clean hotel with good amenities. A little isolated from the rest of the city, but overall good. Bed was a little firmer than I like, but it was to my wife's liking.
Decent breakfast in the morning. Nice and quiet place to relax.

It is one of the two tourist hotels in Jinju. The staff is friendly, and the room condition is a clean Korean style motel. It is about 15 minutes away from Jinju KTX Station or Jinju Castle by taxi. There were many family guests.

This hotel should be considered as 4 star, not 3 star!
It was spacious, clean, modern… there are so many things to praise about. Our beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious that they have a big jacuzzi and a separate shower space. There are various options to control the lighting. We would definitely come again if we are around the area or going to the southern regions.

Front desk was not attended. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in.
No one was at front desk upon checking out I needed the front desk to call for a taxi.
Not much selection for lunch or dinner.
Taxis were having a difficult time to locate the Hotel.

For the area, this is a decent hotel. The front desk is not manned all of the time, but the staff is extremely helpful when you find them and ask for help. The room was clean, but the bed was extremely hard, so much so that I had trouble sleeping. Additionally, there were only small sized towels in the bathroom vs. a normal bath size towel. The breakfast was decent, but limited.

Fantastic stay, room and bathroom very spacious and modern. Bed comfortable and a huge TV. Great spa bath big enough for two adults to relax in.Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, delicious.

Very EASY ACCESS from Sachun /Jinjoo Airport.
Super nice Bed n comforter pillows to sleep.Shower and Jaccizzi.
Warm in winter WX.Easy control RM temperature.
Super nice meal- Korean Style steamed eggs / free breakfast at cafeteria( 2nd floor).
late check out time that up to Noon ! ( No X- Tra charge $$)
I recommend this KAI Hotel whoever stay at Jinjoo business trip.
Not a 2 star RATED,5 Star***** rated as my stay on Jan 10 2016.

근처에 식당이 많지는 않지만, 식사하는데 전혀 문제없고..편의점도 가깝고 아주 좋았습니다.

체크인 하는데 담당자님께서 쓱 보시곤
제 생각에 아이둘이 초등이라 유아가 아니라
욕조도 제일 큰 방을 주신게 아닐까 생각이 들었네요.
진주 시내가 아니라 조금 한적한(?) 곳에 위치해 있었지만 걸어서 해결할 편의점과 맛집 식당들이 있어서 좋았구요. 욕조가 커서 집에서도 반신욕을 잘 안하는 아이들이 하느라 물 채우는데 좀 시간이 걸렸어요😄😆
편의점 이용하러 내려가다 다른 이용객과 말씀 하시는거
들으니 충전기도 빌려주신다 하더라구요.
진주에 갈일 있으면 이곳을 이용하려 합니다.
저희 가족은 너무 좋았어요. 전기차인데 주차장에 충전소도 있어서 이용 했습니다.
