There is a construction site nearby. Noisy in the morning. The subway station is far away. Not a good choice if u want to take subway

Well located and good service. Room size is fine. Only a bit noisy in early morning from people returning to their rooms after partying at the hotel during my stay over the weekend.

An artistic hotel, 10-12 minutes walk to the subway, not much restaurant nearby.

Nice and chic hotel … only problem is a bit far away from Itaewon MTR station

Laundry service had delay in returning the clothes for 2 days.

No air condition is the worst thing

Gorgeous hotel with excellent service and care from entire staff-from front desk, concierge, room attendants and valet out front. Variety of in-house and independent restaurants, spa and stores onsite which made it super convenient! Bakery downstairs in the basement is not to be missed for pastries and coffee. We went every day for sweet and savories, every thing we had was amazing! Highly recommend and will return again :)

The hotel is fantastic. Staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Requests were followed up within 5 minutes (incl. a blocked drainage we experienced initially, which was promptly resolved). Our room had a fantastic view of Seoul (which we're very thankful for). As a note, only some rooms have toilet seat bidets so best to be sure you're booked the right room type (if bidet is a preference).

I’d known the brand for a while but hadn’t stayed before. We booked the Mondrian Seoul for the last two nights of our trip as a treat. Nothing was wrong with the hotel, facilities and service were fine, but it didn’t feel five-star, more like a good four-star. Bar service was slow. The location is good for nightlife, but not much else. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room clean and smelling fresh everyday. Staff was super friendly and specifically the lady name Yuri, she’s very helpful, friendly and waving at us with her very big smiling every time she seeing us. Our first time here at the hotel but will not our last, great experience.

My stay here was fine, but the hotel better aligns to 3 stars rather than 5. The hotel itself was very nice and had a lot of different options should someone choose to stay around the hotel, but the hotel charged extra for very basic stuff, like using the sauna. The room was quite small for the price and had some issues.The air conditioning didn't work well and the shower got water all over the room. The room itself looked kind of dated and the craftsmanship was spotty, like visible caulk and glue everywhere. Storage was limited. This was okay for a 3 day stay, but left more to be desired.

I went back as I've been before - but my 'romantic memories' were soon washed away. I was quickly reminded that the elevators takes forever (as in it is actually a problem), the staff has an attitude, and the rooms are small (with absolutely no option to work - not even a lounge). I was provided with an accessible room for guests with disabilities, which is no issue. But the bathroom floor had no inclination, so I was left with a wet floor for hours. Next morning i paid a fortune for breakfast only to be asked to dine in the lobby by the arrogant host in the resutant. The gym is great and the area is cool (like 10 minutes walking though), but that is simply not enough for me to ever come back. Will recommend you to explore alternative options as it is likely a better use of time and resources.
