Nice property. Very conveniently located for the street markets. But the best part by far was Rosy. She was beyond amazing. We arrived to check in late in the evening. We were hungry and she not only recommend a place but ordered it for us and the food was out of this world great. Then she got taxis for us many times, she recommended tourist places and kept in touch with us constantly throughout our stay of 10 nights. Honestly, if it wasn't for Rosy Nine Trees would be at a huge loss. We love Rosy.

The aircon will stop automatically during the night. It gets very hot as it is summer and it affect pur sleep.

The room met my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Areas for improvement : shower pressure low and on the third day of our stay before we depart , there's no coffee or tea sachets :(

First time staying at this hotel. Room was of good size, two big luggages able to open fully. Location was near but not too near to shopping areas. Airport limousine is just round the corner. Will stay here again.
