SEOUL N HOTEL Dongdaemun

Rooms are too small. Bathroom doors are almost seethrough. No deecent size towels are available, only hand towels.

First the photo that is in your profile, is nothing real, when you arrived you think that you are in the wrong place, there is nothing compared to the photo, I had paid from the 7th to the 20th, also in the add stated that it was the last room lie, and nonrefundable , since it last room got it, and then couple hours later they had a room and refundable. I stay in there only 2 days lost all that money, I had to moved to a better hotel. I will never again used your services, and before putting an add for a place check it out to be sure, that is real, the rooms to small in top, no room service or phone. For less that I paid in that hotel, I am staying in a better hotel. I am staying at Courtyard Marriott, so your recommendation was bad .

The room was unique and such a great experience

I have used this hotel many times. But returning after Covid things have changed. The staff are not friendly and not very helpful. The room was not cleaned well. Loads of hair on the bed. Stain marks on cushions. Breakfast is a joke. But to stop breakfast altogether. I could go on. It’s a shame as I always stayed at this hotel. 4 times in the past. Never again.

Place is neat and affordable.

I booked a single loft room as I was very keen to stay in this room but they rebooked it to someone else!

The hotel was amazing, the location can be easily found. But the only thing that disappoint me was the buffet section. The mgt should consider changing the menu everyday. It’s sickening to eat the same meal every morning. And also the mgt should provide a bigger set of towels. The towel provided was just good for washing your face, which was too small. But overall, the wifi, staff and the room was ok.

Stayed at hotel a few times. Very happy with the hotel. Clean and near huge market. Easy to get to the airport too.

Room is clean and comfortable, however the location wise is not very good as it was located along the small alley which was quite dark at night, hence it was hard to find. Especially for female travellers, this might be a safety issue for them. Moreover, have to also watch out for oncoming vehicles which can be a potential hazard too.

First I booked the standard single room,but the single type room was full, so they upgraded to the triple room. It was so nice and clean room. It's maybe a little bit narrow for using by three people.You have to open your suitscase alternately. Despite being very cold outside the room was so warm without air conditioner. And the size of towel was like for face, but it was thick so there was no problem at all. I loved this hotel.

I only stayed one night. The property is decent. The rooms are decent. The bathrooms got pretty messy quickly. A coupld of the bathroom stalls ran out of toilet paper. The guests were noisy and not too considerate. It was difficult to sleep. I recommend ear plugs. If you need a place to crash, it's decent enough. The neighborhood is not that great. The price was good. I would consider staying again for only one night if needed.

It is pretty good for the price but the noise from other rooms and outside are the problem.

When checking in, we were informed they will charge extra if we want the room made or change of bed sheet.. However they can chanege towels which is the size for drying hair according to the N. American standard. We stayed for 3 nights. The towels were not changed. So you have to bring the used one to the front desk to exchange for the fresh one. The room is very small. Breakfast was very very limited. Refills were slow sometimes. Space is limited too.

Around 7-10 minutes walk to Dongmyo station. Room service need to arrange by hotel calling card, bring to reception. Everything is fine for budget accommodations and hotel is quite new. The only thing is sound insulation in room is not good, noise can heard clearly from outside building and corridor.

Cheap price and good location, the single room is small with a upper deck for sleeping, but difficult to climb (I’m a 6ft height sporty guy). no refrigerator in room ( the information on website said yes) but not a big problem. Disadvantage： The sound-proofing insulation is bad. You can hear everything even someone is farting next door, haha.

Nice place very accomodating staff, and the hotel is near the subwaybstation and bus

Staff was was helpfull with local transportation and direction. However they would not give effort to call around to help find a wheelchair for my son (he had broken his foot and was on clutch during the vacation). Luckily a receptionist at National Museum of Korea help us borrow the wheelchair for free at this j서울시립남부 장애인종합복지관

free drinking water, good breakfast, friendly staffs
