Rooms were fine. Smaller than expected compared to the hotel next door.
Lobby furniture looks as though it was pick up from the sidewalk that someone threw out. The sofa was ripped up and just needed to be thrown out.
There was also a smell in the lobby that was really bad. Like sewer backed up.
It’s a very family oriented guests. At breakfast, it was filled with families with small children. Definitely not the business hotel as advertised.

1905호에 투숙했습니다.욕조 손잡이는 고정이 안되어 있는 상태(치오콜로만 마감이 되어 있슴)이고,덮는 이불은 먼지 같은 것이 나서 자세히 보니까 이불 덮개 안에 있는 솜이 터져있는 상태여서인지 몰라도 이불을 조금씩 움직일때마다 보푸라기가 심하게 날렸습니다.참으로 어이가 없더라구요.가족끼리 온 여행이라 컴플레인 제기 하지 않고 그냥 체크 아웃했는데,객실 정비를 잘 해야 될것 같아서 이렇게 글을 남깁니다.

처음으로 신라스테이를 이용해보는데 합리적인 가격에 편안히 휴식할 수 있었습니다. 방음도 완벽하고 중간에 깨끗하게 청소도 해주시고 무엇보다 프론트분들이 상냥하셔서 기분이 매우 좋았습니다. 조식도 가짓수가 엄청 많진 않아도 아침식사하는데 충분하고 하나하나 정성들여 만든 느낌이라 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 울산에 오게 된다면 신라스테이 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.
