This hotel was perfect in many ways:location, comfort, friendy staff and room size (family twin edge).

Conveniently located. 2 mins walk to subway and the room is comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (age 8 and 4). Service was also good, with counter staff able to converse in English. Will definitely consider staying there again if we return to Seoul. Only downside is the smoking/ vaping area is pretty near the hotel entrance, it was quite an eye opening experience for the children.

Pros: perfect location. close to night market in Myeondong & public transportation. clean
Cons: the shower pressure is control by the temp...when at cold, the spray is stronger & when water warm up, there's barely any pressure. only 1 night table..no place to put your phone, glasses or watch by the bed for the other person. the safe & the scale didn't work. called front desk & was told to go down to talk to them. didn't bother...slow elevator

Its our second time staying here and its one of our go to hotel when we are in seoul. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Close to train station, shopping, and lots of places to eat.
