The location was convenient for our purposes at the price point. Staff was not friendly at all nor accommodating, or welcoming. Almost mo lobby area at all to sit for a break. Definitely not a place I would recommend. The room was large with a sitting area - so that was nice. The bathroom was huge. The hallways were not air conditioned-so you get quite sweaty during a long wait for the slow elevators during our summer visit

I stayed there for 5 nights with my family. We rented 3 rooms. They did not change bed sheets and pillow covers the entire time we were there. Adaptors were required a security deposit of 10,000 won. They gave 1 room key & the room required a key for lights to be turned on & elevators to be used. It meant we had to leave the lights off if one of us were to run down the street to the store. Front desk clerks were not very friendly when we would greet them with a hello. Silence was there response. I didn’t feel like they were very hospitable. Metro is 5 minutes away. Bus station in the front. Some restaurants nearby. Location was decent.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel, however, the pillows were very thin. When I asked for 2 extra pillows, I was told they could not give me them. Check in staff not friendly or helpful.

Very satisfied. Right across the street, there is bus stop which was so convenient. For emergency, the reception staff can exchange to dollar to won. Everyday fresh water bottles were given per person. My husband initially stayed there in the queen bed room and I came later, they did not charge extra, which makes sense but very nice.

The location is great since the subway is just 5 minutes walking distance. Also, there are convenience stores and many kinds of restaurants around there.

I never forget this trip ever. I lived in Gangnam when I grew up and I haven't been out of Gangnam so I don't know really about a map of Seoul and direction well. Even I left Korea for a long time ago. So I worried when I booked here at that time but it had a super great location. and it has a lot of transportation to went everywhere and easily went Gangnam as well. And not that much traffic compare to Gangnam. The room was super great and tidy comfortable and nice view. staff was so friendly

Overall not a bad hotel, but not great. About a three star hotel. A little bit loud and a little bit of tobacco smell in the room. Although not sure why. No gym, breakfast or other significant amenities. Location is also a bit far. Would stay again if I needed a cheap place for the Right price

A 8min walk to the train station, no cigarette smoking smell in the room, heating is good for winter in Jan, not that cold and hey, it was below freezing point outside! Room amenities are typical, and great! Nothing to complain about! An extremely tasty korean food restaurant located a block away, operating till past midnight, and that was really convenient! Direct 70mins airport public bus service 6013 is really super convenient for those catching morning flights. 30mins interval, so its really convenient. But you need to walk about 15mins with your huge luggages to the bus stop. So check out early and give yourself enough time. Location is slightly out of city centre, but travelling on their metro isn’t difficult at all. Myeongdong can be easily accessible in 30-40mins. Overall it was a great stay!
