Brilliant location, staff were lovely. Amazing roof top bar. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Staff service was good, location was excellent, doormen were hit or miss as many were polite respectful and helpful but one or two came across as rude and unhelpful

Poitives und Negatives: Top Lage für einen Citytrip. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ist vieles erreichbar - auch Hafen und Strand. Direkte Busverbindung vom Flughafen, Hop on Hop off ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Wer hier bucht, sollte sich auch bewußt sein, dass eine vielbefahrene Hauptstraße vor der Tür ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7. OG mit Meerblick. Mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen geht nicht. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für ein City-Hotel. Jeder sollte etwas finden. Keine Dusche - im Badezimmer eine Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg und erheblicher Rutschgefahr bei Ein- und Ausstieg. Die Bar auf dem Dach können abends auch Nichthotel-Gaste nutzen. Wir sind mehrfach - auch am Eingang des Hotels gefragt worden, ob wir dort wohnen. Das ständige fragen "are you resident" hat uns persönlich genervt und gibt als Gast kein gutes Gefühl. Ganz im Gegenteil. Es schwingt immer die Frage mit: "kannst Du Dir das hier leisten?" Da sollte sich das Hotel etwas überlegen.

I've been to Malaga a few times, and this is by far the best hotel (and it's not the most expensive) we've stayed in. Lovely rooms, great big bathrooms, fantastic location for the beach and the old town, and the best rooftop bar / restaurant / pool with fantastic views. Definitely recommend!

Roof-top terrace and pool and excellent with wonderful views of the city and harbour. Room was very comfortable. The only slight issue we had was elevator noise including through the night

I particularly liked the location, near to both port and old town absolutely fantastic.

Das Zimmer lag direkt am Fahrstuhl und war nicht schallisoliert wie angegeben. Alle Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren zu hören. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war auf einen Innenhof, man schaute direkt auf die Wand und das Fenster von gegenüber. Die Lüftungen nach draußen hörte man daher die ganze Nacht. Die Zimmer waren ganz einfach eingerichtet. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Das Bad war gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu zweit, für eine Person wurden nur Kosmetikartikel bereitgestellt. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann für eine weitere Person alles bereit gestellt. Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön. Der Ausblick sehr beeindruckend. Sehr wenig Liegen am Pool, die auch noch mit Handtüchern den ganzen Tag belegt und reserviert wurden. Meine Tochter ist schwanger und bestellte sich einen alkoholfreien Cocktail. Auf Nachfrage an der Bar ob dieser auch wirklich alkoholfrei sei, bestätigte man uns dies !!!! Der Cocktail war mit Alkohol und wir mussten diesen zurück geben. Man stellte uns als Wiedergutmachung ein ganz kleines Näpfchen mit Gummibären hin. Unfassbar. Das Hotel ist auf Grund seiner Lage nur gut. Alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt, dies war nicht möglich, da alle Zimmer belegt waren.

Hotel was nice. Alot of staff to bypass just to get to the lift to your floor. Although it was Feria and many non guests try to get in to go upto the rooftop bar, this maybe the reason for the amount of staff and security in the reception/foyer. Room was a bit pokey but nice, and cleaned every day.

Great location, easy to get to all attractions, shops, beach and dining.

A fantastic last minute extended city break to Malaga made even more special by a stay at the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio by Marriott. The hotel is a fantastic location for Malaga Old Town, with its plethora of museums, historical attractions, shopping, restaurants and bars serving the most delicious tapas. In close proximity to the Malagueta beach, the port, and other transport links. The location is a big positive but it is the staff and their attention to detail and service that really bring the place to life a true credit to the Marriott group. Massive thank you to all for making our stay memorable. The only reason for 4* on facilities is perhaps the lack of dining options and the busy nature of the rooftop pool. Who needs these however when you have a city of culinary marvels to explore and an easy stroll to extensive beaches. We hope to return - thank you!

Toppen hotell nöjd med allt.

The only issue was during dinner at d restaurant. We had to ask three times for the dessert menu. When we finally got it, we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to approach us,and ask what we wanted for dessert. We left without ordering it. It was a 170 euro dinner and I still left a very generous tip out of courtesy but tgey need to assign specific waiters to specific tables so tgere is continuity of service and consistency.

Fijn hotel op top locatie. Vriendelijk en attent personeel. Hotel heeft geen eigen parkeergelegenheid, maar 50 meter verder zit een parkeergarage.

We had a brilliant stay at the AC Marriott. The staff were lovely, good facilities, room had air con & a balcony. Comfortable bed & spacious room as well. Breakfast was excellent, the staff here & at the rooftop bar were really friendly. Location is great to see the city & easy to find as it's at the top of the park. Would definitely recommend & would stay again! Thank you!
