Excellent location . Close to airport. Would have liked to have been offered breakfast included but wasn’t told about it and had to pay extra that morning. Also, couldn’t hurt to have shuttle drivers help w luggage. My friends and I are in our eighties and only one young driver helped us load our heavy luggage. The older driver had an attitude and just watched us struggle. Not friendly at all - if you check your drivers you’ll know who right away. Also drives fast on wet pavement and felt unsafe. He could be a NYC cab driver, but doesn’t belong in Barcelona !

Conveniently located near airport. Standard rooms are small, but meet all of your needs and the suites are spacious with more amenities. I have stayed in both types of rooms depending on purpose of trip and travel companions, and I was very satisfied with my stay each time. Very good breakfast buffet with plentiful choices.

The front desk staff during check in were extremely rude. They wouldn’t hold on too our bags so we could explore the city, we literally had to wait in the lobby for two hours until one of our 5 rooms were ready so we can leave our bags. Besides that the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. They were just standing there not working at all or trying to make the customers feel welcomed. Only Thomas at the bar and restaurant was super helpful and nice!!!

Had to call front desk 4 times to complain about noisy neighbors that were having a party late at night next door . Very hard to sleep . Staff tried their best to send security to desk with noise but the guests did not listen and I was not a he to sleep . Sink had dirty white raised speckles all over in sink and other sink did not drain well . Towel had hair on it upon arrival , made me feel like room was not clean .

Overall, it was just okay hotel. Their vending machine was not stocked. The hotel shower had a puddle of water on the floor. The staff were not friendly. I did not feel welcomed at all. Yet, it served the purpose of being closer to the airport.

Bed bugs! Bit multiple times. Rooms were terribly hot. Food was horrible. Shuttle took over an hour to get picked up. Do not stay here.

Room was nice, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom amenities were basic. The shower was not temperature-controlled, so it would change from ideal temperature to super hot to freezing in the middle of your shower without touching the dial. Room was soundproofed from the outside - but you could clearly hear all the hallway noise, which in our case was a constant stream of children screaming, yelling, hitting random doors, running down the hallway, etc. Restaurant was wildly overpriced for what was provided. Food was OK, but not worth what they were charging. It was the most expensive meal we had in Spain! No where else to eat close by though, so you're stuck. Overall, it was a great option to stay at for our morning flight the next day.

Great hotel and nice room but it’s not really near the airport (not a walkable distance) ! Need to take a bus or taxi to get to the hotel which can be a bit a challenging late at night. The hotel also offers some free shuttles. Apart from that the hotel was nice and confortable, it can be a good option between flights.
