Loved the space in the family suite! Clean spacious and breakfast was really good. Only downside is that you have to catch a cab to go anywhere close to eat. Restaurant food was ok and the service was excellent.

The location near the airport we like, we dislike the air was not working properly, the technician came in and check it, it wouldn’t get cool, they said let it cool down and it didn’t, my daughter had a fever and they said we could change the rooms at 11pm when we had to get up at 3:30am. We just wanted a fan and I asked kindly for half a refund, the front desk said that is not possible and they were giving us an option of half a refund, they didn’t have a fun. She was rude and not helpful. It was not the customer service we expected when we didn’t have a comfortable room.

Front staff didnt bother to brief me abt the hotel, not even the wifi, its like im on my own. I requested for a room near the elevator since I have lots of luggage with me; didnt inform me that I was placed at the end.
The front desk staff are not accommodating and lack customer service.
However, the staff of the resto were friendly and accommodating.

A/C not working properly in our room!
Very basic!
Servers in diningroom off the garden were complaining about the chef and how terrible it was to work with him!
Everything was pretty bad except the buffet breakfast!

I stayed at the Barcelona Airport Hotel for four nights. While the room was clean and nicely furnished with modern decor, the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel is located around 35 minutes from downtown Barcelona which meant relying on taxis at about 40 EUR per trip—something to consider if you're planning to explore the city frequently. The outdoor pool was a highlight—spacious and inviting—but unfortunately, the six massage fountains were not functioning during our entire stay. Noise was also an issue as we could constantly hear guests walking and talking in the corridor which disrupted our rest. Staff were generally not friendly or welcoming and the housekeeping team entered our room more than once without knocking which was quite uncomfortable. The lounge area at reception was very dark and could benefit from better lighting to create a more inviting atmosphere.
Overall, while the hotel offers decent rooms and good pool space, the location, lack of service, noise, and privacy concerns made this a disappointing stay.

The noise in the hotel was almost unbearable. Doors were constantly slamming, you could hear the people next door and above from us. You could hear no noise coming from outside. The bed was marginal and I needed them to bring me a mattress topper, which turned out to be just another quilt.

The staff at the Barcelona Airport Hotel are wonderful! They work really hard for hotel guest and take pride in their work. The pool is one of the cleanest/nicest I have seen in a while. The bar and food service is top notch. Great employees overall!
