The only critical comment was the noise in the hallway late at night. Guests probably need to be reminded that they and their children should talk softly and shut doors lightly so others can rest before flights.

Overall, we enjoyed this hotel. It was just what we needed to conclude our two weeks in Spain. The pool was great, hotel bar and room service were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, though it showed some signs I'd wear in places. They have an airport shuttle that runs all day, so it was very convenient. The only complaint we had was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. We don't know if smoking was permitted on the premises, but it smelled like someone smoked in their room. Overall, we would stay again.

Hotel was dark and felt like inside of a submarine. A bit weird but otherwise okay. Shuttle schedule was weird (40 min interval) so we waited a long time not knowing if it was right spot (video info was wrong for terminal 1).
Food was good but pricey and limited choices. Nice staff. Pool closed early so we couldn’t use.

The property is in a okay location close to the Metro and Airport. The rooms are a little dusty but clean. The pool area is nice and clean. The lobby area is dark and needs to be updated with new sofa seating that doesn’t sit low to the floor for people who are over 50 ..The Bar area had ants crawling around where people were eating and waiting to pick up their food to take to their room.

El hotel es amplio, grande i muy cerca del aeropuerto. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto muy efectivo, aunque no es sencillo encontrar la parada.
De la ducha de la habitacion, filtra agua al bano, innunando pare impertante del suelo, inclusive alrededor del inodoro...
Las mesas del restaurant estaban llenas de hormigas, que parce ser, no es algo nuevo para el personal...
En definitive, para quien necesita hospedase cerca del aeropuerto, es una buen opción.

The only thing is the dining options. Your breakfast is amazing but lunch and dinner weren’t that great . Considering the hotel is very out of the way and most guests rely on the hotel restaurant I would perhaps offer more Spanish type cuisine , chorizo, tortilla, etc.

The location near the airport we like, we dislike the air was not working properly, the technician came in and check it, it wouldn’t get cool, they said let it cool down and it didn’t, my daughter had a fever and they said we could change the rooms at 11pm when we had to get up at 3:30am. We just wanted a fan and I asked kindly for half a refund, the front desk said that is not possible and they were giving us an option of half a refund, they didn’t have a fun. She was rude and not helpful. It was not the customer service we expected when we didn’t have a comfortable room.

Front staff didnt bother to brief me abt the hotel, not even the wifi, its like im on my own. I requested for a room near the elevator since I have lots of luggage with me; didnt inform me that I was placed at the end.
The front desk staff are not accommodating and lack customer service.
However, the staff of the resto were friendly and accommodating.

Halls were dark!
A/C not working properly in our room!
Very basic!
Servers in diningroom off the garden were complaining about the chef and how terrible it was to work with him!
Everything was pretty bad except the buffet breakfast!
