The staffs of the counter were quite good. The room was big and clean. UiThe driver of the shuttle bus was very rude and unfriendly. He made passengers put their luggages by themselves which is ok, but without any orientation all the passengers put them in a messy way which may damage their luggage's and waste much space.

It's a comfortable room with excellent cleaning standard.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before my flight the next morning, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Our initial room had moths and spiders on the bed, prompting us to request a new room. While we were given a different room, it was still unclean and had several broken fixtures in the bathroom. The presence of many sketchy individuals in the vicinity was concerning, and I noticed security on-site, which made me question the neighborhood's safety. Additionally, the location felt quite isolated, as it was far from the city center of Barcelona. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The shuttle was perfect to find and be dropped off but in the morning there should be two shuttles for at least 30 minutes after the 11 am check out time We ordered a hamburger. After 45 minutes It came pink With cold French fries We sent it back and another burger came properly cooked with hot fries The bar manager was apologetic and gave us a bottle of water for the troubles.

Food was terrible! Not even edible both at the restaurant and breakfast. Pretty sure there were health code violations. Convenient to offer food at the hotel since nothing is close but it’s useless if you can’t eat it. Design of the bathrooms were inconvenient, and the shower floor is a slipping hazard! Found hair around the room and in the towels, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept. Disappointed that lotion wasn’t offered. Appreciate accommodating us for an early check-in. It is nice to have the airport shuttle service but it would be better if guests are given instruction where and when to find the airport shuttle when they land. We did not have a good experience trying to find the shuttle at the airport. The drivers were not friendly or welcoming. Paid extra for breakfast but there was no one enforcing it. Could have gotten breakfast without paying for it. The rooms have maintenance issues. Doors not closing properly. Light bulbs out. Lamps not operable. Black out curtain not aligning right with the window. Inside of the sink was chipped in multiple places making it look like it was dirty. It is a noisy hotel hearing everything going on in the hallway. Did not sleep well. Language barrier was hard trying to communicate efficiently.

The reservation confirmation message received from the hotel said to coordinate the airport shuttle request before arriving at the airport. I messaged the hotel to request the shuttle and received no response. Additionally I called the hotel 4 times over a span of several hours prior to our arrival and the phone was never answered. Although I booked this hotel because of the airport shut, I had to pay for a taxi to the hotel because I couldn’t get any information on the airport shuttle. When I mentioned the message and phone call attempts to reception during check-in they dismissed the issue and said I should have received shuttle instructions but were unable to show me they were ever sent.
