UiThe driver of the shuttle bus was very rude and unfriendly. He made passengers put their luggages by themselves which is ok, but without any orientation all the passengers put them in a messy way which may damage their luggage's and waste much space.

The good: modern
The bad: paper thin walls, anyone walking up and down the halls is heard in your room. Bad for airport area hotel
Terrible choice of bed sheets, almost polyester type that’s not suitable for sleeping
I don’t recommend this property

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The rooms were nice but the front desk acted like they couldn't be bothered with us. We specifically booked this for their advertised free airport shuttle, however, beware, as it's free WITH major restrictions. We were very unhappy that we were not allowed on with our guitars and were forced to book a very expensive cab. Wouldn't recommend.

The room assigned to us was very quiet. I really appreciate the effort of the front desk staff on honoring my request for such a room. We are overall very satisfied with the hotel. However, we still have not received a response regarding the extra charge to our reservation. It is a small amount, however, we still would like to know what it was for. Thanks.
