The staffs of the counter were quite good. The room was big and clean. UiThe driver of the shuttle bus was very rude and unfriendly. He made passengers put their luggages by themselves which is ok, but without any orientation all the passengers put them in a messy way which may damage their luggage's and waste much space.

It's a comfortable room with excellent cleaning standard.

Convinient shuttle bus to the airport. Room was modern and quiet. Bed was too firm and pillows too soft for my liking. Breakfast was fine.

The staff is quite friendly and they allowed us to check in early after our long flight - much appreciated.

Equipe de funcionários muito grosseiros, atendimento não condizente com o padrão de hotel 4 estrelas. O quarto não tem isolamento acústico e por se tratar de um hotel próximo ao aeroporto o fluxo de hóspedes é alto, inclusive de madrugada. Fomos jantar no restaurante e a sopa de abóbora que oferecemos ao nosso bebê estava estragada. No café da manhã que terminava as 10:30, fomos literalmente expulsos às 11h. O atendente nos convidou para nos retirarmos, pois estava no horário limite para limpar a mesa. Não a menor sensibilidade para esperar o nosso bebê de 1 ano terminar de se alimentar. Tivemos que terminar de alimenta-lo no quarto. É um hotel 4 estrelas que deveria ser rebaixado para 3 estrelas. O transfer para o aeroporto funciona perfeitamente como anunciado.

Excellent hotel and stay

Initial welcome was poor from guest services. The noise level was ridiculous loud during bedtime and no one answered the front desk to complain about it.

Overall not the best. Room smell like cigarets every time air conditioner went on. Late check out is not an option unless you pay 60 euros for an extra hour or a whole day for 2 extra hours.Walls are thin and you hear everything. Pool closes at 9pm however it was 11pm and there was a pool party happening in which they were loud.

This is not a 4-star hotel... I had one night in Barcelona before catching my flight home. It's convenient since the shuffle bus is included. Check-in was easy and fast. Overall, the room was clean, but dusty. The fixtures are black so it shows easily (lamps, light switches). The bed sheets for soft and very clean. The mattress was horrible, I didn't get the good night of sleep I was hoping for. Nothing to see or to do around the hotel. It's not located in a nice neighbourhood. Again, it's just convenient to be close to the airport. Staff is ok, polite, but didn't ask if I had a good stay when checking out. I do not recommend this hotel

Very accommodating and the pool was perfect for the hot day. The staff were to notch, polite and professional. The breakfast had so many choices everyone in our family found something they wanted to eat. I would stay again.
