Todo muy bien (para lo que pagué), lo único malo y no quisiera “culpar” al hotel sería que habían trabajos en los alrededores (naturalmente hacían bulla) y en el piso 1 daban un poco de fastidio (ruido molesto) y este ruido no permitía dormir.
En nuestro caso no nos afectó (solo una vez) porque salimos temprano en la mañana (los trabajos aún no comenzaban) y regresábamos tarde (trabajos ya finalizados).

It is not easy to find the entrance of the hotel due to the big train station and construction. The entrance is hidden. Breakfast was good, had a lot of options

El hotel está ubicado en una zona no muy céntrica y en construcción (ajena al hotel) pensado para centro de convenciones y turismo ocasional. Pero algo muy bueno es que está enfrente de la estación Chamartin de Metro y en 5 minutos estás en donde quieras. Asimismo la estación de tren que te lleva directo al Aeropuerto. La habitación era pequeña y el black out de la ventana no funciona completamente. El aire acondicionado tampoco por lo cual pasamoa calor. Pero el desayuno y el restaurante son muy buenos y se puede hacer late check out por un precio razonable.

Good location and public transportation close by. Construction going on at the metro station, messy and busy area of course. Room was good. Booked a more spacious room and really liked that. The ac didn't work very well but it was also very hot out side. No pool. Food at the restaurant was okay.

Emailed 1 week before to tell me that the Chamartín station is under construction which it was. This started before I booked and wasn’t noted anywhere. Nice service from the bar staff. Cleaner left to room open twice once they had enter. Probably won’t go back. Location is decent good for bowling and roller skating etc
