The staff are kind and accommodating. We arrived at midnight, exhausted after a bad airline experience. The barman had already closed the bar, but was kind enough to sell us a couple of beers, and as there was nothing to eat, he gave us a couple of plates of potato chips, which just made us feel we were welcome. He also took care of my husband's delicate medication, placing it in their refrigerator and refroze our dry ice. The next morning some someone else was in charge, but already knew what we were talking about. All went smoothly. Those details are priceless! Thank you!

In general we are very happy whit everything but the bed,it was uncomfortable to sleep in a full size bed whit two mattress, many times while we were sleeping we and cut on a gap created in between the two mattress. Other than that it was perfect, would like to thanks to all employees for what a great service. Joaquin Rodriguez

Easy check in. Welcoming staff. Reliable shuttle. 1st floor rooms newly renovated. Comfy bed. Quality linen. Close to airport.

First of all there is false advertisement. The rooms are advertised to have air-conditioning, however there isn't a mention that this only works during certain times of the year. The main issue was that our room was heated up to 25 degrees Celcius and there was no way to cool this down by keeping the window open. The staff couldn't provide us any fans, and there wasn't any other room available either that was cooler. The only advice they could give was to keep the window open and contact the reservation department the next day. Result, even at 4 am the room was still 25 Degrees but now we also had mosquitos in the room. My sleep was completely destroyed. However, it got even worse. The next day, we sent an email with our complaint and contacted the reservation department as well. They re-directed us to the manager Luis Torrico. From here it just got worse, first I couldn't get in touch with him. Besides that he accused me from the start of the conversation when I finally got in touch with Luis, he accused me from the start of being a liar. Never was there searched for a resolution or an apology, I was just lying and everything I experienced was completely untrue. I am surprised a manager like this can run a hotel like this.

Good hotel, close to airport. Precise and convenient shuttle service. Very good option for an overnight in airport.

We spent just one night due to a flight connection . We booked a junior suite .. the room was large , mattress and pillows were good . Towels very poor condition . The room without any decoration .. Airport shuttle was very good . I think our room was overpriced $325 without breakfast . Barajas is a nice town . Main plaza is walking distance from the hotel with very nice places to eat ..

A little pricey for a not so great area.

We really like it for a layover night. The area of Barajas is quaint and nice to walk around with some easy dining options. The hotel is comfortable, clean and with a ice breakfast choice. Staff are nice

No air conditioning and warm night. The front desk didn’t say anything about the AC not working until asked why it wasn’t turning on. Not worth the money
