Pleasant hotel on the edge of town which feels like a business rather than a tourist hotel.
We used the gym which was a bit tired and the rowing machine was not working properly.
Great parking underneath the hotel if not a bit pricey (15€ per night).
Not sure it warrants its 4 star rating though

Big modern hotel with all the facilities you'd need. Convenient location for city centre too. Very good breakfast. Secure underground parking on site. Spacious rooms and very clean.

Nice Hotel , Comfortable , Rooms are a great size and are very clean. Faint aroma of drains in the bathroom . The amenities in the hotel were good with underground parking being a bonus.
What was disappointing was the food served in the main restaurant - I did not have a great food experience on the one night I dined in - however, the breakfast was perfectly acceptable. Would stay again - but would probably dine out.

Great staff, place was very clean. Room on the small size. No tea or coffee available in room. Got charged for some milk in room, that’s never happened to me before. Not conveniently located to centre of city.

Bathroom a bit old , I mean limescale bild up a lot also a hanging spotlight. Staff super friendly, do you self favour and add breakfast in . Loots of food to chose from , well worth it .

The exterior and common areas of the property have the look and feel of a higher end hotel. However, once we opened the door to our tiny, out-of-date room, we couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed. Higher notes: you are walking distance to a small shopping mall with a massive Carrefour store (think Walmart in size and scope) and the onsite restaurant and breakfast buffet are very good. If you can get a deal, then this property is worthwhile, but be aware that the pictures of the rooms online may not be what you get.

The property is large & some areas have been upgraded but others look a bit old & tired.
If the description of the bathroom is stating a “ jacuzzi “ shower as an attractive reason to book. There should NOT be “pink mold” in the shower jets & mold around the shower base. Needless to say, we did not turn the shower jets on. The full bath tub was nice to have & did not look as old & worn.

Main issue was check in. The person that was working with us had 3 way conversations with other staff members. Since we don’t understand Spanish she didn’t bother to explain what was happening. We stood there for a long time before we checked in.

We had a two night stay in this hotel, we had a great time, but tge room was tired the shower definitely needed replaced.
The bed was super comfy, thecroom was quiet andcthe breakfast and restaurant food was very good.
