Room with great view - simple and clean . Could use another chair in the room and a garbage other than then the tiny washroom one . Staff has been pleasant .

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The best part was being able to enjoy the beautiful view of the castle at night through the window. The bed was also very spacious, making it comfortable to rest. However, the church bells ring every hour from 8 AM to 10 PM, so it's something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, it was a great experience!

The staffs are very polite. The room is very clean, and the temperature controller is pretty good, it’s pretty chilly the day I was in. Excellent location, it just next to Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around. There is a bus station nearby to the railway station.

Very old furniture,smell really bad,it has vermins,the A/C was make a lot of noise at night,the worse experience i don’t recomend anyone to go overthere .I gave that hotel -0 of 10.

Came to Zaragoza for the churches and the history. The Hotel de Pilar was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. My city view room was the best part! Staff were polite and accommodating, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Really great experience overall.

The showers need a renovation. There is this shower which is a standing shower with water coming out of every where if it’s not synch properly it creates a mess. It splashed water everywhere. I could see the door being damaged because the water.

We booked here because there were few options available due to a city event.
The place was clean, but the room was smelly, it looks very old, the room doors had been hit and scratched from outside. The hallways are dark and very ugly.
The dining area feels like a subway station.
We would not recommend this hotel.
