Staying in Sevilla Center, I feel so lucky. It is near to shopping mall, Sevilla stadium, Chatedral, Plaza de Espana, Torre del Oro, just everything! In front of hotel, I can find MAS - a grocery market where I can easily find water, snacks, and everything I need just like mini-market in Indonesia. I can also walking to tapas, coffee shops, so many of them and all are delicious.

My recent stay at this hotel was underwhelming. The hotel personnel need to be more welcoming and friendly, especially towards guests during check-in. The room was just okay—nothing remarkable stood out. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to visit the rooftop or swimming pool, as they were either not open yet or had already closed early each day. Breakfast is not provided, which was fine for me. The biggest disappointment was the location. It’s a 50-minute walk to downtown, which is much farther than I expected. Service was virtually non-existent. I requested ice and extra hangers, but after waiting for three hours, they never arrived. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they seemed unconcerned and did not address the issue. Overall, I was disappointed with both the service and the location, and I would not recommend this hotel to those looking for a convenient or welcoming stay.

The property was lovely and smelled of fresh flowers. We were able to walk to most major attractions but would have enjoyed knowing how to use public transit. Taxis are readily available. The hotel is just outside the major tourist area, but we found an excellent restaurant a few short blocks away. We were not able to get the air conditioning working so our room felt a bit stuffy at night.
A well appointed hotel, quiet, and perfect for good walkers, otherwise take cabs.

This is a quiet hotel, located only 20 minutes from the centre of Seville. The pool area was a bonus on a city break as well, towels are available. The breakfast options were good within a large dining area. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. We slept well on all 3 nights we were there which is unusual! We would definitely return, possibly even for a week long break.

The hotel was very well located — close to everything, especially the train station and lots of creative restaurants. It was easy to get around and enjoy the city. Perfect spot for travelers who want to explore on foot.

Great hotel to stay at in Seville.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food for a reasonable price.
I had to call maintenance a few times to fix a clogged sink and it took 2 days to get an iron, but I would still recommend stating at this hotel.

The staff was great, extremely helpful and it had good dining options. It was not in the center but there was public transportation just a few minutes away. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. My issue was that it had no showers and the bathtub was very high, it was very difficult to get in and out for me. It had like a water hose which was not what you would have expected, not a regular shower head. Bathroom was huge. I was told they would be doing renovations. That was the man issue for me. The rest was great and the staff was exceptional.
