Beautiful grounds and great on-site restaurants. Nice size pool. Rooms are a bit dark and there was some water damage in our closet, but overall a wonderful stay with my kiddos and mom. Planning to stay again.

This holiday has been nothing short of incredible. The hotel is absolutely amazing — top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care. The bedroom is pure comfort — the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, and the room is spotless. As for the food… it’s exceptionally exquisite — every meal has been a treat. This place is the perfect escape, even if just for a couple of days. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just be surrounded by beauty, this is it. 我是gold的会员，根据会员计划应该给我免费的一瓶葡萄酒。结果前台只给了两张券，每个券兑换一个软饮料。。。另外酒店整体环境不错，就是小虫子太多了。还有一个晚上遇到有人结婚，在办理庆祝party，所以我们没办法在餐厅吃饭。

One day i couldnt get a sun bed - there were't enough for everybody. The door to my room was someplaces broken og beginning to break. The bathroom qasn't in good condition either. Otherwise, it was a decent hotel.

One word GREAT. We definitely will come back

The location of this hotel is truly beautiful — lush gardens, tall palm trees, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a tropical escape. It's what initially drew us in, and to be fair, the outdoor setting did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the charm ends once you step inside. The rooms are outdated, with paint peeling off the walls and a general sense of wear and neglect. We even found spiders in the room, which didn’t help the feeling of cleanliness or comfort. The biggest disappointment was the so-called “cafeteria.” We went down for a simple coffee at 9:00 AM and were told it wouldn’t be served until 9:30 — only full breakfast guests could be served at that hour. It felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily rigid.

Las fotos que ponen de las habitaciones, no son ciertas. Nos dieron una habitación que no salía en las fotos, pedimos una triple y nos dieron doble y llena de bichos. Al final de todo si nos cambiaron a una mejor, pero la mala experiencia se quedó.

Otroligt charmigt hotell! En oas fast nära staden med shopping och fik. Mycket vackert hotell med en lugn och rogivande omgivning med mycket växter och fin omgivning.

Lovely environment, very good breakfast

I was disappointed to find that the hotel was preparing for a private party from Tuesday or Wednesday, which was not intended for hotel guests. This culminated in the pool being closed all day on Friday without prior notice to the guests. Although we were given access to the Jardin Milenio at a nearby hotel, it was still an unusual experience. However would stay there again!

Lång tid att få beställa vid ute baren, och otydligt vad kupongerna man fick vid incheckningen att de endast innebar vanlig dryck och inte alkohol, annars jätte fint hotell, synd att ute poolen inte va uppvärmd så man kunde doppa sig ute. Men magiskt område fick känsla att man va i Sydostasiens djungel trots att hotellet ligger mitt i centrala Elche
