Only YOU Hotel Sevilla

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! The staff were amazing and so helpful. Our room was stunning! Everything about our stay was just perfect!!

This hotel is listed as a five star, the decor and vibe overall certainly matches this. The facilities are all there and it’s located just outside the centre of Seville. We had high expectations for this place, upon arrival we were very disappointed. We didn’t feel welcomed, no drink offered unlike what we saw for other guests, no offer to take our bags or to show us to our room. We were signed up to the rewards programme with no real clarification on what this is. We had drinks every evening we stayed, there was one lovely bar man however the service was awful. We sat for an hour at the bar at one point with no service, we were the only ones there with a few in the restaurant. We would have had a few drinks here as we liked the vibe however having been there for two hours in total. We only managed to have one drink served. The hotel has different functions throughout the venue. We had coffee and cake at the bakery which was lovely but again the service was awful. Not very friendly at all. The pool is a lovely touch and the guy managing the area always kept of top of couples leaving towels on beds. Which we felt was very well done. More hotels should do this. It is small though so it only takes a large family to take over the place which it did on one occasion. Check out wasn’t any better. I knew I had charges left to pay from drinks however no detail breakdown was shown, no offer to sort onward travel either. Again didn’t feel welcomed.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent service and food in the restaurant and bars. Very close to the train station.

Very nice property but the rooms were not clean. All the people were very kind and the food very good.

Loved it! Perfect hotel

Only You hotels are absolutely amazing. We visited the property in Valencia previously so when booking a surprise trip to Seville to propose to my girlfriend I knew I had to book the Only You. The staff were amazing throughout the trip and made us feel really special. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fabulous Fabulous Hotel Rooms are cool, quiet and beautiful, beds super comfy. Amazing amenities and attention to detail. Breakfast is fantastic. Pool and outside area really beautiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great vibe in this hotel. We had dinner in the hotel one evening and the service was slow, we had to chase up to get a drinks order in and at times I think they forgot about us, as they put us in booth. This was however the only mishap in our entire stay. Definitely will stay at a Only You hotel again in future. Thank you for a super stay

Loved this brand! Great look and feel, delicious breakfast and a great service

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while. We went for Féria and they had a shuttle survive for us. Even had rebujitos in the lobby for us to drink while we waited. I loved everything about this hotel. Nicer than a lot of 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in.maybe the vibe was high because of Féria. Either way, I loved it! I will go back and stay here.

Understaffed at check in but very nice hotel overall. Excellent location near train station as well as 32 bus which comes often and takes you to “the mushroom”. Room was quiet and breakfast very good.

Beautiful hotel. Just overnight but we enjoyed the restaurant. We were given an upgrade which was a nice perk.

Awesome place

We had such an incredible time at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the communal areas are lovely and maintained really well, and the location is great if using the train as it’s directly next to the station. We were staying at the hotel during the power outage in Spain and the staff did their best to make us comfortable! They worked incredibly hard to provide food/drink and power to lobby area for people to use, and were very patient with everyone’s frustrations. Breakfast is great- especially the coffee! And the little patisserie downstairs does the most incredible apple cake. Our only negatives are that there is limited space by pool for size of hotel so we were unable to sit outside on power outage day because too many people were there (but that was is exceptional circumstances). Also the lift is really annoying. If you are on the 2nd floor for example and going down it will prioritise higher floors before coming to you so by the time it gets to you you can’t fit in with bags etc- we were waiting for 5-10 mins a few times. Small things but just good to note!

Amazing Nicest brekkie. ,lovely staff One star taken as the sofa bed was not comfy - the kids bed was too hard for anyone , even a child , to sleep on. Need better solution there guys. Everything else was so lovely .

Great location near the Seville Santa Justa Train station. Right in front of the Bus stop from where you can ride into the Old Town. Supermarket is also right opposite. The rooms are very clean and very nicely decorated. Great pool. There is the famous Bakery by Manu Jara which is amazing. Room Service was also top notch.

We are not 5☆ hotel travelers, more like backpackers on a budget. We picked this hotel for the walkable location we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, as the food was too opulent for our taste, but it did seem to be always full. LOVED the bakery.
