巴塞羅那機場希塔特布拉特塞勒斯飯店

给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。

Efficient perfection

Hotel em boa localização perto do aeroporto, construção nova e de ótima qualidade, atendimento da recepção foi muito bom, única atendimento que foi péssimo foi da moça que trabalha no café da manhã, totalmente despreparada pra atender o público, e mal educada.

Everything was wonderful - the only downside was that the AC in the room was pretty weak so it was hot, but everything else was lovely. :)

Staff were excellent. Didn't use the restaurant so can"t comment.

I had bought airport shuttle package. It's written that every 30 minutes there's shuttle. However we've waited in the airport for an hour. There were people who had waited longer than us. It ruined everything. Our 2 year old couldn't sleep on time, he cried and suffered. We were unable to eat as it was already to late to eat so we slept hungry. We were told that the shuttle had an accident. The customers shouldn't have to wait when there's a problem with the shuttle. They could have picked us up with another vehicle or they could've at least informed us that the shuttle will be late. The Hotel took no responsibility at all. Very unprofessional.

Propery was clean and a good location. The staff, service, and food was absolutely horrible, this was common when speaking to other guests. Never again!

Great place to stay. Easy check-in, accommodating staff. Free transportation from and to the airport. I would totally stay here again!

Close to the airport, shuttle.

Nice and comfortable hotel to stay for a night, especially if you have a morning flight to catch. The Double Room was clean, with good amenities. The food in the hotel restaurant was also decent. Otherwise, you could find several good eateries nearby and even three supermarkets within walking distance. There are free shuttle services to and from the airport, which you would need to book at the front desk. I was appreciative of the staff recommending an earlier timing as there was a marathon that morning, which may affect traffic.

Nice place

It was clean spacious and nice. The food bar was amazing. The only thing i didn't like was the shuttle stop was confusing a little bit.

The problem i had with this hotel (as well as one other on my trip), is the doors slam. And they're LOUD. Everyone is on different time zones coming in and out, and i had to be up early for a flight, and all night i woke up to doors slamming. I don't know how they could prevent this. But the room was clean enough, and the bathroom was nice. The shower was a bit tricky, haha, but super cute. I enjoyed the shuttle to the airport, and the front desk lady was nice and helpful.

Good stay. It was quick. Restaurant was great
