We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood.

Vi bestilte denne hotellet pga det var den nærmeste til Telde som var dyrevennlig.
Vi måtte betale en tilleg på 20€/dyrene men ellers vi hadde bra der på de to dagene som vi hadde opphold her.

Porte de l'hôtel fermée malgré deux messages envoyés à l'hôtel suite à arrivée tardive, personne ne répond à l'interphone, répondeur au téléphone, tous les hôtels de Las Palmas complets cause carnaval, résultat, nuit dans la voiture !

Die letzte Absteige. Das gebuchte Zimmer erhielten wir nicht. Somit sind wir wieder abgereist. Wir können nur jeden abraten dort zu buchen.

Reservamos habitación familiar y nos dieron una doble,. Lo sokucionaron metiendo una cama individual en la habitación quedando ridicula de tamaño. Bastante incomodo y muy reducido.

Forventningerne til stedet og faciliteterne blev ikke indfriet da hotelbeskrivelse og billeder ikke levede op til fakta. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende, men kun manageren talte lidt engelsk. Opholdet var ok, da vi havde accepteret forholdene, men jeg vil ikke besøge stedet igen.

El dueño es un ladrón y un mentiroso, que se quedó con mi dinero sin darme acceso al hotel. Dijo que había llegado más tarde de las 23:30, y eso es mentira. Así que tuve que pagar otro hotel. Es un auténtico sinvergüenza

Kleines Hotel, ruhige Lage, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal.
Sehr gut ist der gesicherte Parkplatz.
Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Geschirr vorhanden.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut zu empfehlen.

Litet mysigt och familijärt hotell som är utmärkt för en övernattning. Perfekt läge mellan hamnen och flygplatsen. Telde är dock inte så rullstolsanpassat men vi tog taxi till en restaurang för att äta middag. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Bra och prisvärt.
