Its a nice hotel, a bit dated. The bed was quite and comfortable, the internet was great. My room was quite run down generally and in need of paint. I would stay here again, I found the expereince to be good.

Pretty nice hotel and a good location for dining, etc., but our rooms were at the front of the building on the 2nd floor and the hotel’s restaurant hosted all night bar with very (very) loud dance/club music in the square just outside both nights. It was intolerably loud in our room until nearly 3am. We checked in early enough in the day that staff indicated we could have been given rooms in another part of the hotel if we’d had any warning. Tough on my kids. All part of the deal when you travel but tbh it was unexpected given the info we had about the hotel, it def does not have an all-night dance club vibe (or price).

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. The one negative is the bathrooms smell very bad. It seems that maybe it has something to do with the plumbing. Maybe it's not properly vented or something. But this was the case in my room and also my brother's room. I'm not sure if this is common in Sweden or specific to this hotel but I probably would not stay here again because of it. Everything else was wonderful, so it's a shame that they allow this condition to persist. Also there were no washcloths in the bathroom to use in the shower, you just have to lather up with your bare hands.

Trevlig personal i lobbyn men vi fick aldrig information om att hunden inte var välkommen i frukosten, Stod ej heller i informationsmaterialet på rummet, inte vad jag såg iaf. Förstår abisolut detta men om man har en hund som gärna inte är själv så är det bra information - nu åt vi frukost var och en för sig. Badrumsgolv behöver en bortstning (kalkrester med smuts vid lister etc) och så var det damm i utsug (tak) badrum samt i larmparmatur sovrum (syntes när ljuset var på.

Bokade ett familjerum med två vuxna och tre små barn. Rummet i sig var mycket trevligt i sin utformning. Rymligt och luftigt, med ett stort valvformat fönster mitt i rummet. Helt okej skick. Dock brister i städning och preparation. Extrabädden var inte utbäddad. Det låg en gammal blöja i papperskorgen och det var vatten kvar i vattenkokaren sedan tidigare gäster. Eluttagen i skrivbordet var lösa, och ett av dem fungerade inte. Städning annars okej - det var inte smutsigt. På morgonen väcktes vi av slammer med byggställning utanför fönstret med anledning av pågående fasadrenovering, vilket inte framgick vid bokning. Frukosten var riktigt bra, av god kvalitet och med lagom stort utbud. Byggnaden i sig är fin och karaktärsfull, men totalupplevelsen kunde varit bättre med anledning av ovan nämnt.

Trevligt hotell med mycket bra frukostbuffé. De gamla charmiga fönstren släppte dock in mycket ljud från uteserveringarna på torget även när fönstret var stängt, det i kombination med att det blev väldigt varmt i rummet gjorde det svårt att sova utan öronproppar en lördagkväll i juli.
