Really rude staff at the reception desk. Charged me extra for the room, claiming I booked for 1 person, even though I had called and told the hotel that it was 2 of us.

The hotel was fine without being spectacular. I would stay again. There seemed to be some kind of function going on and there was minimal staff on behind the reception/bar. I was kept waiting for ten minutes or so - which doesn't create a good first impression. Breakfast was OK and typical to this part of the world.

Fully OK place to stay for a few nights while visiting Mora. Rooms got a bit warm and breakfast was OK but below Swedish standard. Staff very friendly.

It was nice. The gym was not mentioned at hotels.com which was a bit inconvenient but I had my active wear with me anyway so it was fine. A bit of a simple hotel but nice.

Ok place to crash for the night. Perfectly located near the highway for easy access.

Easy access via door code...got it via phone since there is nobody on Sunday afternoon in low season but that was no problem at all...worked out in the end after realizing I parked in the back which is facing to the street and not in front of the lobby...LOL

The hotel was only a few minutes from the railway station which was convenient in our case. It took about 20 minutes to walk into town but it was a pleasant walk.
Breakfast was nice and overall it was a very pleasant one night stay.

Hade varit trevligt om personalen vid frukosten hade uppmärksammat mig som gäst med en hälsning eller nick och inte låtsat om mig som att jag inte var där som enda gäst i matsalen. Personen i fråga var ute i lokalen 3 gånger under tiden jag var där.
