Mora Hotell & Spa

Bra, trevlig personal för det mesta och god mat. Spa:et var en liten besvikelse, litet och med massa folk. Ångbastun var trasig/avstängd.

Second stay. Excellent staff and service.

Very basic room. Uncomfortable bed, very stuffy. Bathroom so small. No wouldn’t stay again nor recommend

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was okay but it’s sad because it was so noisy all night due to the cars going around playing loud music. Hope the community can do something about it or the people will not go back.

More expensive than Hilton Hotel in Stockholm. No slippers, no bathrobe and no extra towel - this had to be rented at the reception. No room phone to reception. No safe. No minibar. Old interior. This is NOT a 4-star hotel! Tiny spa with no locker room cabinets - nowhere to store your items. You could pay 10kr for a tiny locker but the keys had no rubber waist band on them. Maybe those also cost 10kr? Maybe you were supposed to hold key in hand when swimming? Steam sauna was broken on second evening . Garage cost 110kr extra per night, was dirty and looked like it didn't belong to hotel; there was winter tyres and tools on one parking spot. On our third night someone "unauthorized" stole our garage parking spot and we had to park outside in -10C with our electric car. Fun. I asked reception to tow away the unauthorized car but they said they couldn't do anything: there was 5 spots in the garage but only 4 registered guests. Room was not cleaned after the second night, despite us placing a "room ready to be cleaned" -tag on the door when we left. Breakfast was good and we didn't get back pain from the beds - and this was like the only good thing about our stay. We are never coming back again and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Outstanding service and great food. Big room. Unfortunately no thermostat to control the temperature. The room was a bit cold and the radiators were on the highest setting but barely warm.

Old hotel not renovated, not the friendliest staff

Stayed one night with family on a road trip. Hard check in at 3pm, early check in not possible, ie refusing to speak to us and not even check of rooms were available at 2:30pm when we arrived. Slippers and bath robes provided for a fee (125kr), might have been stated in Ts & Ca but I feel that at the rate the hotel charges this should be included. Says they have a pool but it’s really a cold water pool that you have in a spa. That’s ok but we had chosen this hotel for the advertised swimming pool feature thinking we could swim there. Sauna kept at 70C, should be warmer. After experiencing this we had low expectations for the breakfast but it was surprisingly good!

I really like the service and the food in the restaurant! They know how to take care of people

Bra hotell med det som behövdes. Uppskattade det lilla extra med fri bastu och pool. Tyvärr ingen restaurang eller pub på hotellet öppet under vistelsen.

För att vara ett fyrstjärnigt hotell hade vi förväntat oss lite högre standard. Saknade minibar. Dåligt vattentryck i dusch. Lyhört. Saknade duschtvål. Fint men och charmigt utan extra finesser.

Helt okej hotell, mitt i Mora. Väldigt bra service och middag i restaurangen, men dubbelsängen på rummet var för smal, för mjuk och inte så skön. Dock mycket positivt att man fick ha med sig hunden, som fick sin egen säng och en påse godis.

Vi reagerade väldigt på att fönstrena inte hade barnsäkring. Utöver det en helt okej upplevelse. Men tycker inte att standard på rum eller service var vad vi förväntad

En overnatting i Mora i forbindelse med hockeykamp. Ba om sen utsjekk, men det klarte de ikke å ordne. Fikk derfor ikke prøvd SPA'et Hotellet hadde ikke egen parkering. Fint rom og bra frokost sammenlignet med forventinger til den prisen.

Tyvärr ett hotell som sett sina bästa dagar. Lyhörda rum och dålig städning drog ned helheltsintrycket.
