Mora Hotell & Spa

Bra, trevlig personal för det mesta och god mat. Spa:et var en liten besvikelse, litet och med massa folk. Ångbastun var trasig/avstängd.

Second stay. Excellent staff and service.

Very basic room. Uncomfortable bed, very stuffy. Bathroom so small. No wouldn’t stay again nor recommend

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was okay but it’s sad because it was so noisy all night due to the cars going around playing loud music. Hope the community can do something about it or the people will not go back.

More expensive than Hilton Hotel in Stockholm. No slippers, no bathrobe and no extra towel - this had to be rented at the reception. No room phone to reception. No safe. No minibar. Old interior. This is NOT a 4-star hotel! Tiny spa with no locker room cabinets - nowhere to store your items. You could pay 10kr for a tiny locker but the keys had no rubber waist band on them. Maybe those also cost 10kr? Maybe you were supposed to hold key in hand when swimming? Steam sauna was broken on second evening . Garage cost 110kr extra per night, was dirty and looked like it didn't belong to hotel; there was winter tyres and tools on one parking spot. On our third night someone "unauthorized" stole our garage parking spot and we had to park outside in -10C with our electric car. Fun. I asked reception to tow away the unauthorized car but they said they couldn't do anything: there was 5 spots in the garage but only 4 registered guests. Room was not cleaned after the second night, despite us placing a "room ready to be cleaned" -tag on the door when we left. Breakfast was good and we didn't get back pain from the beds - and this was like the only good thing about our stay. We are never coming back again and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Outstanding service and great food. Big room. Unfortunately no thermostat to control the temperature. The room was a bit cold and the radiators were on the highest setting but barely warm.

Old hotel not renovated, not the friendliest staff

Stayed one night with family on a road trip. Hard check in at 3pm, early check in not possible, ie refusing to speak to us and not even check of rooms were available at 2:30pm when we arrived. Slippers and bath robes provided for a fee (125kr), might have been stated in Ts & Ca but I feel that at the rate the hotel charges this should be included. Says they have a pool but it’s really a cold water pool that you have in a spa. That’s ok but we had chosen this hotel for the advertised swimming pool feature thinking we could swim there. Sauna kept at 70C, should be warmer. After experiencing this we had low expectations for the breakfast but it was surprisingly good!

I really like the service and the food in the restaurant! They know how to take care of people

Helt ok boende men lite slitet. Lite för ljust i rummet och väldigt lyhört från korridoren. Trångt mellan toalett och handfat. Krångligt parkeringssystem, det hade varit smidigare att kunna betala på hotellet.

Centralt och bra hotell i Mora. Bra restaurang och gratis nattparkering direkt utanför entrén.

Högt fläktljud utifrån hela nötterna

Poolen var otroligt kall (skulle vara 28 grader) och bemötandet var överlag svalt. Hotellrummet var däremot varmt (och saknade ventilation). Stackarn som roddade i frukosten var nog ny på jobbet och fokuserade mest på att fylla på pålägg trots att brödkorgen och bullfatet stod tomt större delen av timmen vi var där.

Fint o rent på rummet, Lite trångt på toaletten/duschen. Sköna sängar, bra storlek på rummet! Fantastiskt härlig SPA, det var lugnt o skönt, få gäster denna gång så tillgängligheten var stor! Vi var imponerade av utbudet på frukosten. Det var så fräscht och gott!

Mora Hotell är alltid bra, välkomnande och mysigt! Iaf för oss som familj med 2 barn (9 & 10 år).

Centralt beläget hotell med spa , två härliga jacuzzi , ångbastu,pool och vanlig bastu som ingår i priset. Bra läge ,bra frukost , men hotellet är lite behov av renovering pga slitna ytskikt

Fantastiskt kök, väl lagad god mat och mycket trevlig personal. Bra hotell och centralt beläget. Återkommer gärna.
