Quality Hotel Lulea

I've stayed there many times whilst passing through. It's always been good, no complaints.

Great location 5 minute walk from bus station. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very good selection for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel with out reservation.

During my stay at Hotel Luleå, I was truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with storing my luggage while I took a short trip to Kiruna. They made the entire process effortless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The hospitality of the staff provided a wonderful contrast to the cold weather, adding a personal touch to my visit. Overall, my experience at Hotel Luleå was fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Luleå, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly and approachable. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. Plus, the complementary hot beverages available in the lobby were a great touch and added to the overall comfort of the hotel. The hotel is also very easily accessible from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. I couldn't have asked for a better location or a more enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Luleå for anyone visiting the area!

We got to the hotel after 02:00 me and my partner could not lay next to each other as the bed kept moving apart and we would slid onto tbe floor this after I paid extra for a big bed

The bed was too soft; it sank.

Very good location. It's in city center. Less than 1 km to bus ans train station. There are alot of restauranta surrounding the hotel. Room is quite large, clean and comfortable equiped with 5 ft bed, sofa, working desk and big screen TV. Shower room and toilet is quite large. Breakfast is excellent.There are a lot of food including hot and cold dishes, fruits, bread and beverages. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided in the lobby.

Extremely tight garage. Parking spot too small for a compact sedan. I had a polestar 2, had do exit through the passenger door. Besides that, good hotel. There's no in room minibar. Good options at reception.

Nice hotel in the centre of Lulea, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast.

The reception is the most unhelpful one I have seen. We called for laundry service the day before our arrival and they said we could do it upon arrival. The next day when we arrived, the reception said that it was already fully booked! (we asked the prior day about booking it in advance and the reception told us they do not know). Anywho, no one was helpful and during our check-in, the lady kept answering with "I do not know"and it took her 5 minutes to use the word SORRY! Even while getting the parking card in the hotel garage, I had to tell her that I will come and pay during check-in because I had left the car on emergency lights and it was in the no parking zone (while the first thing she wanted me to do was pay and then care about anything else going on). It was a very unpleasant experience with the hotel staff. However, have to mention, the breakfast was really amazing and the rooms were sparkling clean (although quite small).

Ultra convenient hotel in the centre of Lulea with some great staff and proximity to the waterfront, railway station, bus station, easy taxi access to the airport, and with plenty of eating and shopping facilities right on the doorstep. We've stayed here at least 12 times and it's just one of those reliable steady places.

4th Stay at this hotel. If you want expensive uber-luxury, look elsewhere but at this price point this place is great. It has an excellent location (walk to everything), the facilities, rooms, staff, all combine to give you a simple, comfortable stay. A fridge in the room would be great, but hey you can't have everything, and they make up for it with free tea and coffee 24/7. We'll be back.

Brukar bo på hotellet delvis pga frukosten. Tyvärr är frukosttiderna ändrade (jag behöver äta tidigt) dessutom har den varma delen av frukosten (ägg, bacon, pannkaka mm) varit kalla dessa dagar. Riktigt tråkigt då jag verkligen gillat att bo på detta hotell.
