Service at the reception was poor, the key card didn’t work more than once, they gave us the wrong room with one bed instead of two, conflicting information was given about the invoice, the towels were missing

Property was nice, along with the staff. Pool and Hot Tub also nice area. The hot tub was not working unfortunately when we visited but went for a long weekend to see Stockholm and found there was not a lot to do after you’ve seen the palace and old town can get a bit tiring. People seem nice accept the doorman a lot of guest list…/not welcome.

Room was comfortable with a city view and a window that could open slightly when needed. Staff were accommodating when extra pillows were asked for. The breakfast was good with many selections of foods to choose from.
We had hoped to use the pool but as it was close to $30 per person, we didn't bother.
The hotel is very close to the train station with the good and bad of that. We didn’t feel unsafe but there was the odd sketchy area around there. But it was super convenient with the métro across the street as well as quick accesses to buses and trams. We also walked a lot. Perhaps we would stay there again.

A very decent 4* city centre hotel. Situated right outside the city central station and very convenient for the shops, old town and Baltic Sea. Considering the location, it was a very quiet hotel. The staff were very approachable and resolved our issue very quickly. The hotel was clean and room was what we expected of a 4*. The buffet breakfast was good and ample. I’d recommend it for the location (though objected at paying extra to use the pool)

Short stopover during family vacation in Stockholm. Convenient, walkable location with lots of shops and amenities. Quick access to Central Station. Beautiful design in hotel and room. Quiet, comfortable for our family of four. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety and allergy-friendly, healthy options. Staff at welcome center were very kind and helpful. Spa was refreshing after a long day of walking and exploration. Would visit again and highly recommend.
