The hotel is right around the corner from the Arlanda express train for the airport. The hotel is also within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel staff was great!

We had a family room (junior suite) for a family of four which was a good size and bed was comfortable. Service at front desk was very helpful and right next to train station so was convenient for us to get to. However, the room had a funny smell - like a drains smell - which did impact our stay and why haven't given higher rating. Also the pool you normally had to pay for, but we didn't when we were there as the Jacuzzi was out of action. I definitely wouldn't have paid to go (and I think should be included in the room price).

Modern hotel right next to the station, so very convenient for the train to the airport but still very easy to get around the sights of Stockholm.
The only criticism is that the cleaner took away two towels and only replaced with one, and we then had to ask twice to get a second towel

Location is very convenient, just next to central station. Found it a bit strange with the room design. No drawers. Closet is tiny. Bathroom has only 2 hooks. Not sure how to show we want to reuse our towels. Bathtub is deep and slippery. No non-slip mat is provided. We ended up using a towel to ensure safety.

Despite booking through Expedia and pre paying the property charges my card without my permission multiple times for the value of the stay. Then when they returned the money I was about 10% out of pocket because of exchange rates. Very unhappy!!

The hotel staff was very pleasant and polite, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the blackout drapes worked extremely well (a must in the summer when the sun sets after 10pm and rises again at 3am!)
The location was also perfect for a short stay, as it was an easy walk to Gamla stan and the Normalmm shopping area and having the T-Centralen station next door made getting around the city (and to and from the airport) a breeze. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

Service at the reception was poor, the key card didn’t work more than once, they gave us the wrong room with one bed instead of two, conflicting information was given about the invoice, the towels were missing
