Great location just 10 minutes from the airport. Railway station next door for easy access to central Zurich. Friendly welcome every morning from staff and easy, quick check in. The hotel is across two, linked, buildings. One is a normal hotel, the other has studios in. I was in a studio. The room was clean & spacious. The little kitchen area has a hob, microwave combi oven/grill, fridge, sink and dishwasher if you don’t want to do any washing up by hand. Breakfast is served in the main hotel. Plenty of supermarkets in the immediate area for any groceries and a few places to eat/drink. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if I visit Zurich.

Convenient and comfortable for a one-night stay before an early morning flight. Staff was super helpful and booked us a taxi for 5:30 am the next morning and it was right on time. Beds were comfortable and everything was very nice.

We had aroom in the 2nd bulding .
There's construction area adjacent so it was noisy early in the morning.
Breakfast was varied.
Parking costs 20 chf per night.
No a/c in the room, just fan.
There's supermarkets and restaurants within few minutes of walking

Very clean property , nice large rooms ,
Most of the staff were lovely and helpful ,
Disappointed the roof bar was only open on a Friday night , I was looking forward to seeing that , also disappointed no food at the hotel on the Sunday we arrived , but mostly an enjoyable stay

I stay here every time I go to Germany on my way home as it is so convenient to the airport and there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. This visit was my very first issue and that was that the shower had no body wash and I had to step out and use the liquid sop from the sink which as a pain. Should be checked after every cleaning?

Really noisy train just behind our room- no mention of this by staff and no attempt to remedy the situation. Go to Zurich occasionally and will never stay or recommend this hotel.

Nice property, very close to train station. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The downside is that they only give you breakfast for one guest in the room and you have to pay for other guests. And there was no air conditioner in the rooms. They had standing fans instead of AC.

One would assume that an airport hotel would have a shuttle to the airport, but no they don’t. Some windows did not have blinds, and the blinds on the other windows let a lot of light in from around them. The TV kept turning on on its own while we were sleeping. Room was very hot, AC was nonexistent.
Room was big though, bathroom was good. Lots of closet and storage space. Every bedside had a USB and USB-C port next to it.
