Wonderful hotel. Room was a lot larger than we were expecting. There was heaps of storage space to help with keeping the floor clear. Room was very clean and comfortable. We checked in quite late, however were met by very pleasant check in staff. We only stayed the one night, but would very happily have stayed longer

Saved our trip to Switzerland! Initially stayed here just to recover from jet lag (I am 5 months pregnant), and we actually found out our hotel in Lucerne was a huge dud! We were able to come back here last minute and get a room to stay in until we left for Zermatt. Thank god we did! Paradise for a pregnant woman and saved our trip!!

The hotel is nice and modern. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. We had a large family room and it was very comfortable for our stay. It was a short walk to the train station which is a quick 15 minute ride into Zurich. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and the area was quiet and safe. Public transportation was easy to figure out.

The room was very charming, cozy, and clean. The staff treated us very well and answered all of our questions. We appreciated the laundry facility. Breakfast was well worth the price with several tasty options and lots of comfortable seating. This will be our first choice when we visit in the future.

For someone that came to visit from out of town, it was so convenient having the train station nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly, they have everything you need. Breakfast is not complimentary, but they do have a tea and coffee station that's accessible at anytime. The staff spoke English so that was a plus. I took the bus from the airport to the hotel and it was about 8 mins to get there. They didn't have ac but the temperature at night was cool so you didn't need one, they do have a fan if needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Allegra Lodge. It was a simple bare bones property, but it had a lot of charm. The complimentary breakfast was great and the view from the dining area was magnificent. The only issues were there was no refrigerator in the room and it was difficult getting wash cloths. Oh, and the shower was incredibly small. Other than that, the lodge was very accommodating.
