We recently stayed at the Intercity Hotel Zurich Airport and had a fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request.
The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep.
The location is perfect for travelers—just a short shuttle ride from the airport and well-connected to Zurich’s city center. Despite being near the airport, the soundproofing was excellent, and I had no issues with noise.
Breakfast was another highlight, offering a delicious and varied selection of fresh food to start the day right.
Overall, We highly recommend the Intercity Hotel Zurich Airport for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Reasonably priced, wonderful staff, enjoyed the sauna, easy to take public bus transit (short walk to the pickup spot and approx 10min ride) to the airport versus expensive shuttle service. Grocery and restaurants also within walking. Highly recommend especially if you want to be close to the airport without the high expense of a hotel at the airport.

It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle to the hotel, but you have to pay to return. The rooms are simple and comfortable. Ours lacked a hair dryer, but should have had one. When we called tonget one, there was no response and we tried numerous times. The breakfast was decent. Check in and out was simple.

I have 2 complaints:
1/ The sauna room was working but the hammam room was not. The answer I got from reception was that there was a technical problem, but on my last stay it wasn't working either. If it is always broken, I suggest to remove it from the Hotel's options (so as not to deceive customers).
2/ When booking the hotel, I looked for breakfast included. There was a note that it was a buffet (with supplement). When I went to pay the supplement, it was 27.00 CHF Swiss Francs!!! And after paying, they didn't give me an invoice, even though I insisted, they didn't give me an invoice. Only on the last day at check-out, after asking again, did they include this line on the global invoice.

Convenient location close to airport. Staff was unable to locate my booking on arrival and lacked friendly service. No staff at desk on check out until we called out to gentleman sitting in the back room. Served purpose for one night but lacked friendly, welcoming service.

I booked a business double room and it only had one bed, which worked for me and my partner…but, just be aware that if you are looking for two beds, you may need to specify or book differently than I did. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The key cards did keep deactivating, but that happens sometimes.
